Beautiful new apartment, 15 mins downhill walk to stunning beach. Super clean and parking space included which is vital for Bournemouth. It's a little far out to walk to the centre often, but lovely walk along the beach to centre takes about 25 mins.

Just few extra touches would make it perfect, needs a coffee maker, a few more towels per guest and also a set of drawers in each bedroom as it was a little light on clothes storage. Few little bits needed fixing such as wobbly tap in kitchen and the dining table top needed securing, but nothing detracted from our wonderful stay. 😊

it’s a lovely well equipped apartment in a good location with parking but the owner communication is terrible

the lack of communication and possibly being charged three times for cleaning due to lack of communication during the booking process.

comfortable, spacious, bright modern decor, well equipped kitchen and nice touches like a phone charging option by the bed.

allocated parking space taken by other guest on late evening arrival so not the property’s fault and there was on street parking nearby. parked fine next day.

Sadly the Neighbours were very noisy, but we were going to bed around 11pm, so it could be classed as early, but the language and tone of the neighbours was not good. We don´t know if they lived there or were also renting. Not good but clearly not entirely the responsibility of the hosts.

Fantastic location to the beach and town although a very steep walk back up the hill to the apartment but we managed with two prams. Such a great apartment with everything you need, really modern and clean. We will certainly stay again.

The location was perfect. Very close to the beach and easy access to the Jurassic coast. The actual apartment is of a very high standard. It has everything you could possibly need, apart maybe from a freezer compartment in the fridge. There is free parking on site. Without a doubt I would have given it a five star rating if it wasn't for the noise we experienced from other residents.

Although the sound-proofing was very good with regard to voices/TV etc, unfortunately there was a very heavy footed guest who we assumed was in the apartment above who seemed to walk around almost continuously every morning and late into the evening that we were there. Such a shame as otherwise the apartment was pretty perfect. Luckily night times were quiet.

We had to stay for 1,5 hours in front of the doors because we haven’t got a time to pay deposit, which we wanted to pay inside but we had to stay like dogs in front of the apartment for so long to get the codes because the women said to my by the phone that ‚nobody knows the codes for the apartment and I have to pay the deposit first’. Everyone knew the codes…Of course the stay was already paid, but it was only about the deposit (we were staying there for one whole day only) We’ve had a very long flight and no battery on our phones and I don’t wish experience like this to anyone…

Only a shower and no bath, difficult with a toddler. Living room is road facing and no blinds, have to put a cloth for privacy

Very uncomfortable bed with ridge down centre (Apmt 4) Shower not very clean. No wardrobe space just a rail screwed to the wall.

Beautifully clean, and a super location. Bed was so comfortable and lovely little touches throughout made a difference. Quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the beach and cliffs. Hard to pick fault at all. Loved it. Highly recommended. Felt very secure and at home straight away.

Only minor thing is fixed shower screen is a tad too short, and water easily soaks the mat. But this is being picky.

location was great, Modern Apartment, Tv in each room, nice lighting. bathroom and Kitchen had good utilities

carpets had a few stains along with Sofa. Door handle was coming away from one of the doors, The bin lid needs attention.this is me being picky

liked the interior of the property. It was exactly as shown in the picture when the booking was made.

not enough parking space. v had to park our car across the road overnight.
