Some staff needs maintenance. Shower was leaking water. Had to request Some delivery trucks parked at 5:30am and made lot of noise, I could not sleep later than that. You need to talk to them, so they find another time later to run their stuff.

we were promised A/C and it didn’t work. we couldn’t even enjoy the stay or even sleep because the room was so hot! even asked for a new room but was granted a new room.

Location is great. You can get to a lot of places in a 15 minutes walk.

Furniture was old and not in good condition. The elevator was not working also the hot water. A lot of noice from the street

Short in staff. At the time of check in the room was not ready. The shower wasn't working the first day and after they fixed, we still havie problems getting warm water.

The room was spacious enough for up to three people. There was a closet with hangers and shelving space. Breakfast was served fresh every morning and the maids would clean the room daily between 10 am & noon. I emailed a request to have some forms printed out so I could go get tested for covid before my return flight and the staff were extremely accommodating. There are a variety of restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store nearby (15 minutes or less by foot). There is also a tourist center in the area. Platillos Voladores is right across the street. I HIGHLY recommend it! 👌🏽

The water didn't stay consistently warm in the shower. It would intermittently become cold and the pressure would drop. There was a safe in the room, but you couldn't use it because it was locked and I didn't want to bother with asking them to come and open it for me. There wasn't a lot of variety for breakfast and the dining area was a bit small.

The new owner doesnt care about this hotel. The shower doesnt work properly, the towels provided were ripped with holes and he doesnt provide rhe staff with the necessities to make guest comfortable. The breakfast included is bad, the food is stale, the bread is old, the fruit is not fresh at all. We asked for two access cards as always but the hotel said only one card is provided so it was challenging to coordinate every day. This hotel used to be so good but the new management cares only about the money not making guests comfortable.

No bottle water available I was thirsty @ midnight.. Just 1 employee didn't help to me
