快適でした！

スタッフの方が親切で丁寧でした。温泉が良かったです。

窓からの景色が少し残念でしたが、寝るだけなのでまぁいいかと思えました。

大浴場が広い。朝食の種類が多くて満足。駐車場の数が多い。

ロケーション最高

朝食付き、大浴場ありで幼児合わせて5人2部屋で24000円だったこと。部屋からとレストランから富士山がみえて最高だった。全体的にも清潔感のあるホテルだった。

2部屋のうち1部屋が喫煙ルームで、ニオイがすごかった。部屋の空きがなかったので変更できなかった。次から予約する時気をつけないとと思った。

Lovely hotel, view to Mt Fuji was stunning.

Breakfast was bountiful and would suit all tastes. We were greeted and there was no waiting for seating at 8 am..

From our point of view, there needs to be someone at reception that speaks English. The walk from the station was an effort !! No English signs and the Hotel doesn’t have their sign in English. Taxi driver didn’t speak English !!

Great views..

Great views of Mt. Fuji just outside of my window lots restaurant local and western. Breakfast is basic traditional Japanese food they do have bread and eggs. Public bath is good all the facilities is provided like Yukata bathing amenities.

Location is definitely very very far from the Gotemba station if you travel with family better have transport on hand. It takes 30min to walk from the hotel to the station and vice versa. As for us we travel light so we do not have big luggage.

It was value deal

Breakfast, Bed, On our request, staff gave us a room with the view of Fuji san. Rooms were clean. Staff was supportive.

One staff member confused us that if we don't leave by 10.30 am next day, then even a few minutes will charge us entire next day bill.

Fair and standard Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was complete but not great quality - cannot complain for the price. A good address to remember if you are in Gotemba
