1. Huge room. The hotel upgraded my room to a suite.
2. Location. 7 minutes from the airport, and restaurants nearby.
A little bit noisy in the room cause it's facing the street.

We had to check out before the official breakfast time, but we were allowed to have breakfast at 6.30am rather than 7am. We obviously could not enjoy the full breakfast menu but what was on offer was more than enough.
The room was large and very well fitted out.
All the staff I met were very helpful.
Car Parking - The hotel is on a very busy street and when we arrived there were no free spaces available so had to park at the end of the street. Fortunately, as it was a one night stay, our luggage was just one carry on bag and laptop and the weather was very pleasant. Seems there is parking available at the hotel but this was not clear at the time of booking or in their literature.

للأسف تجربه أقل مايقال عنها سيئه ،
من لحظة دخولنا لم تكن الموظفه مرحبه و تسألنا عن سبب دخولنا بطريقه فضه وكأننا مقتحمين منزلها :) !
بقينا واقفين لفتره بدون أن تخدمنا أو حتى تعتذر عن تأخيرنا بينما هي مشغوله بإتصال آخر على هاتفها و طلبت منا الجلوس لأن الغرفه غير جاهزه و مغلقه رغم تأخرنا عن وقت الدخول الأصلي بأربع ساعات !
وتطلب كرت العائله مع العلم أن طلبه أصبح مخالفه وكان بإمكاننا الرفض و الإبلاغ عن المخالفه ،
أما عن الغرفه فقصه أخرى ، غرفه ضيقه مختلفه عن الموجوده في الموقع ، لا يوجد عزل للإزعاج الخارجي ، مكتوب في الحجز إطلاله على المدينه و الواقع للأسف الإطلاله على حوش عماره ، و الكارثه الأعظم تم تجهيز الغرفه بأدوات لشخص واحد ليس شخصين و علبتي ماء فقط و عند طلبنا للمزيد تم تسجيل المناشف كعهده علينا و أبلغتنا موظفة الإستقبال أنها لا تستطيع تقديم المزيد من الماء أو أي خدمات لنا إلا بعد مرور 24 ساعه ، بما معناه أن نخدم أنفسنا و نحضر معنا أدواتنا و الماء و كل المستلزمات من الخارج لأن الفندق لا يخدم إلا مره واحده عند الدخول فقط ،
دورة المياه كارثيه فَالماء الساخن ينتهي بسرعه و الماء تغرق الأرضيه بسبب التسريب من البانيو ،
حرفياً أسوأ تجربه في حياتي و أول و آخر مره أدخل الفندق أو أي فرع آخر له ..
مايقارب 500 ريال دفعتها على فندق المفترض خدمته تكون ممتازه لكن للأسف تمنيت لو دفعتها على فندق آخر بخدمه أفضل ..

Great hotel in Tabuk, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and spacious spotlessly clean room.

only the breakfast was not as expected because the verity was not as expected
first they upgrade my room to suit with the same price. since three years i am traveling to Tabuk i am feeling sorry that I didn't discover this hotel.
