Great value for money. All cites need a place like this to stay. Needed an overnight stay in Leeds. Not too precious where I stay. Ate in Leeds then great quiet room and out for the night when head hit the pillow.

Room was comfortable, but poorly maintained. Not greatly cleaned.
Uncomfortable feeling traveling alone, did not feel like a real, professional hotel. Had expected otherwise from the online advertisement. Noises throughout the night from within the hotel.

Location was good.
Cold towels were tiny the bathroom was basic and very cold. There was v. Little in way of facilities.

Clean and basic. En suite shower worked well. Good size room. Comfortable bed and warm. Parking on site and setting made staying there convenient to walk to places we needed to go.
Room and corridors smelt a bit damp/smoky. Clearly in an area which is under redevelopment and therefore presumably they don't want to do more work to the building.

I only realised when I got there that breakfast was not included and not an option. It didn't matter to me as I needed to leave early the following morning but I think it could have been made clearer. The location was perfect for me. Easy to get to, parking readily available and near to the function venue. The room was very clean so top marks there.

it was scrupulously clean, staff were super friendly and helpful. had good conversations with Gordon who is an all rounder! wonderful chap.

The hotel was priced very reasonably and considering that I was very happy with my stay.
Using the maxim - You Get What You Pay For - then I got great value for my money.
The breakfast was a little small.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
The bathroom was clean.
The checking out hotelier was quite friendly.
The location is a £5 taxi ride from the centre (2022).
The checking-in hotelier was unfriendly and did not seem to represent the friendliness of other local people we met during our stay. There was a funny smell in the reception area and it was also a bit dark.
They need to move the card machine, as you have to go behind the reception to get to it.
They didn’t know any taxi numbers.
The loo brush in the bathroom needs changing.
