The breakfast was very good with a variety. Fruit, biscuits, waffles, toast, oatmeal, cereal, milk, variety of juices and great coffee and hot chocolate. The seating was excellent with some seating also outside..

Our room had a few issues such as a slow draining tub and it took a long time for the water to get hot. There were no gluten free options on the breakfast menu.

Just stayed one night while traveling home. Room was very nice and accommodating for 5 people. Front staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Pool was cold but other than that it was nice.

We have stayed here a couple of times now. The location is close to everything. The staff is wonderful.

Overall it was a nice place. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, bagels, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Pool was nice and warm. Staff were friendly. The kitchenette was nice to have to store our leftovers and heat up later. The hotel is located next to a large shopping/restaurant area in what seemed to be a pretty affluent area of Charlotte. We were about 30 minutes from downtown.

Our bathroom walls and floor could have been cleaner. There was also a spot of crusty brown stuff on one of the blankets. Otherwise room and hotel were clean.

When we arrived our single 2 queen room was switched to a single king. When we got switched to the queen room it had a nasty smell I told the front desk they did nothing. The night before we left I was hot so I went to turn the ac on & it was a cockroach on the Thermostat. Nice area but stay somewhere else

From the check in to check out and in between was excellent. Fred who checked us in and out was extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Rooms and the hotel were extremely clean. It was in a great location.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like

Good breakfast. Check in and check out staff(Kate) was pleasant and this was a quick process.

1) Immediately hit with very strong, unpleasant smell when we entered our room and before unpacking anything already had a headache. Family member also complained due to strong odor in room. We checked in late after a long day of travel & spoke to front desk staff (?Darian or Deon?) which was the only staff working. He was busy, no smile and acted annoyed that I was inquiring about the room. He then said he would need to come check for himself, almost as if I was making this up….Idk but he went to our room and told me he didn’t smell anything except Lysol smell. Wrong—-I use Lysol regularly and have never experienced anything like this. Family member and myself questioned if room had been painted even touch ups and he said no, I have a good nose and it smells like Lysol. Actually Shouldn’t matter source as it was a very offensive odor and I was unaware that desk staff went to rooms to verify any issues but have never had this problem anywhere before. He went back to desk and then took or made a call apparently not related as he then went to get in the elevator and said he was busy and the only staff working. He didn’t address the issue but said I’d have to wait if wanted to see if even had a room to move us to. It was after 11p at this point and he was unpleasant, disgruntled and obviously since leaving on elevator for something else & the annoyed attitude it seemed obvious it would be a long wait. With child in tow I told him we were already exhausted and would just have to bear it since he was disinterested in helping solve this issue. 2)And huge problem—-hotel charged me TWICE for our total bill! I spoke to the day staff when I saw this on my account and they said oh, that happens sometimes. It’s only an authorization and we will only charge you once & you’ll be credited the amount after your check out and we post the charge. 7 days later and still have NOT received the credit for the double charge!!!! This has been stressful & impacted finances.

Breakfast had a good variety and location was great for access to interstate and shops/restaurants. Very clean and quiet! Cleaning staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Front desk was absent a lot of the time.

Very clean property, comfortable beds, nice pool. Check in went smooth and quick. My room was very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and a lot of options to choose from. Definitely will be booking again soon. They also have grills and outside lounge areas. Nice kitchen area also.

Hotel was clean, and comfortable. Loved the way the entrance was done with a few covered parking. Really makes a difference in a rain event.

Ran into one issue with the AC unit during our stay. Fortunately it was a night , but the hotel front desk and manager on call quickly took care of the issue.

Everything! We stay here regularly as we visit family. The staff is always wonderful, and the location and room are added value.

The breakfast is a little limited, but it’s not anything that’s a major drawback for us.

The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of linens and everything we would need in the room. Very spacious lovely room. The patio wash absolute favorite place to be. Especially at night. The water fountain is lit up at night and there is a beautiful gas glass fire pit. All members of staff were just a delight to chat with. The breakfast options were diverse and amazing.
