Good location in Centro, close to ADO bus terminal, easy to find and good responsive host.

Plenty of mozzies inside the room, maybe they left window open.

Biggest catfish. Nothing like the photos. Dirty Room. We came and we found human hair in bath, stains in our towels and sheets. We contact the property two days in a row and two days the told us that someone would come to clean it. NO ONE has ever come. Biggest disappointment of all the stays we ever had. That was unacceptable and unhealthy

17 minuutjes lopen vanaf het ADO busstation. Ideaal voor de dag van aankomst en vertrek in Cancun. Velen studio’s met leuk dakterras met zwembad. Online inchecken ging vlot. Geen personeel aanwezig. Ongeveer 20 minuten rijden naar de hotelzone.

Wij hadden een probleem met het doorspoelen van de toilet.

Room doesn' look at all like on the pictures. First floor rooms are dark. Pictures are propably from only one renovated room on last floor. It' s full of dust. Bathroom is dirty and old. Ripped towels... no kettle and many more.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Bilder nicht aktuell Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren fleckig - jedoch gewaschen. Terrassentür im Erdgeschoss konnte von draußen einfach geöffnet werden - mangelnde Sicherheit..

La ducha con agua caliente. La cama y las almohadas eran cómodas. La mini cocina tenía lo necesario para preparar desayunos. Incluso había hasta una plancha de ropa. El apartamento era espacioso. El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Buena ubicación en el centro de cancún.

El abanico de techo hacía ruido cuando giraba. La cadena del inodoro a veces se soltaba.

El área no tenia aire acondicionado, no servía el equipo y me dijeron que resolvían al otro dia tuvimos que abandonar el lugar.

De accommodatie is vervuild en onverzorgd, indruk van weinig onderhoud, gebrek aan zorg. Twijfelachtige hygiëne (handdoeken), kapotte hangmat… Puur model van opbrengst, zakelijke transactie, onpersoonlijk. Jammer want het was in concept wellicht mooi; eerste indruk van buitenaf is dan ook positief, maar eens binnen valt het tegen.

The price was very reasonable for what's provided. Comfortable and for the most part it was quiet. Nice little area on the corner with a variety of shops. Within reasonable walking distance to Walmart, Carl's Jr, IHOP & more.

That the coffee pot I inquired about when booking was the only thing not in the room until they brought it the following day after contacting the manager. That the pool is advertised as a rooftop pool, when it's more of a water feature photo opportunity. (Not a complaint though) Below are only some suggestions. By no means were any of these an inconvenience or negative against this property. These are simply suggestions as I know the units are in process of being set up or new ownership. Would be: adding an alarm clock or a wall clock. Safety wise: The microwave should be mounted in place, or even lowered. For sure, add a brace in front of it to stop it from being pulled off the shelf when you open the door to remove hot food. It's above your head and slides all the way forward if you don't hold it in place. No water refill station on the 1st floor. An extra refillable bottle would be a plus. Instructions to show how to switch the language on the TV between Spanish & English. A broom & dustpan in the hallway to use & return as needed. The 1 thing that took a few days to get the hang of, was getting the front security entrance open with the key. The keypad entry didn't work & you had to fidget with the key to unlock the door & then even more to remove the key from the keyhole. Thankfully the area was always safe enough to not be concerned about about getting inside quicker.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Instructions were clear and given on time

De kamer indeling was top. Alle benodigdheden voor waren aanwezig . Zelfs zout !

douche knoppen waren wat ingewikkeld. Maar heerlijke douche !

Dat het een studio was met een goed bed en airco.

Er werd niet dagelijks schoonmaakt waardoor we uiteindelijk niet genoeg wc papier hadden.

Close enough to walk to and from the main bus station (18 mins walk). Messages from the host made it easy to find the property and made the contactless experience manageable.

Shower wasn’t working properly, I’m sure this was a one off and could easily be fixed but because there’s no front desk it was difficult to get immediate assistance and I was only at the property for one night.

Es war wirklich alles sehr gut organisiert und es hat alles geklappt. Der Pin Code kam rechtzeitig und auch das Frühstück kam pünktlich. Ich mochte an dem Haus sehr die Dachterasse und das es so schön eingerichtet war. Mein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück!!! Das Omlett mit Spinat, Pilzen und Käse war das beste Omlett was ich seit langem gegessen habe. 🫶

Es war etwas hellhörig aber allem in allem war alles super!

It was nice and peaceful. The top patio was a nice hangout stop with a nice view.

It has an awesome location! The rooms are usually for Two and are just perfect! It has everything you need for a short stay.

The drinking water has a particular flavor but I think is Safe.

We had very clear explanation for the check in/check out, the room is very comfortable and very clean with all the amenities needed. It’s perfect for a short term stay as it’s near to the airport and in the center of Cancun. The breakfast is absolutely perfect with choice and delivered right on time as told.

Small things but for people staying longer you don’t have much to cook and eat (only 1 fork) :) It could be great to have table to get the most of the rooftop

I liked some design elements. The staff on premises were hospitable, unlike the management of this place and the costumer service that I communicated with online.

The place is dirty. The storage space for luggage is filthy. There is constant street noise and you could hear everything from hallways / other rooms very clearly. The room where I stayed had an AC right above the bed and it blows right onto the bed. The only thing that seemed clean in the room were the sheets and some of the pillowcases, the bed throw and decorative pillows aren’t properly cleaned and it was noticeable. I had to sanitize everything before I could use anything else in the place. The water bottle for storing drinking water had mold, which I’m glad I noticed before I could use it. The management / costumer service are unprofessional. They are objectively rude and in some instances were blatantly offensive in their conduct. It seemed like they went out of their way to make things worse when I expressed a concern or had a question, which is the opposite of accommodating. Once before they canceled my reservation 30 minutes before my check in time, which, although caused me a lot of inconvenience, spared me a lot more inconvenience in retrospect.

The property was nice located in downtown. The room was spacious and the shower was good (hot water).

The room was not clean, a lot of dust and more than 30 mosquitos in the room at the beginning. The room in the bathroom was not able to be enough and also in the hallway, there were a lot of mosquitos all day. The AC begin dripping water on our head during the night and it didn’t stop when we turned off for the following hour. The pool was not like as in pictures. The lock on the door downstairs at the street was not locking properly.

The location was near a grocery shop. The apartment had cooking facilities bed was comfortable and the TV was a bonus

The air conditioning was faulty somewhat so get hot in the apartment.

The pool was dirty. There is no staff there at anytime to solve an issue you may have and they take a long time to reply to booking messages. No other means os communication provided. Breakfast included is a scam. You have to choose only 1 thing out of a small list. We asked to eat before 8am because we had to leave by 8 and it was denied.
