I really enjoy my stay, the food was very good, the hotel prepare a complementary breakfast for us,it was a surprise. The staff are great, and I must say it is one of the best place I have stay.

The location was not ideal. Motel location but hotel feel. Could use a single hotel manager to keep everything in sync and focussed. The busy road that you sometimes hear

This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed in the cottage room with a direct access to the massive pool from our terrace. The room is beautiful and really well equipped with beds, sofa, decently sized mini fridge and large bathroom with a walk in shower. I loved that the swimming pool is just out there and you can dip in whenever it occurs to you. The staff were amazing - we received fruit platter and Karak as welcome, both the guys in the reception as well as the team in the restaurant were super attentive - and made us feel very welcomed. The food was very good and with good prices. I like the location, just 5 mins driving is a public beach (in front of the Sea Breeze buildings) where we love to go and in the same time it is very easy to get from Kay Homes to the main RAK street and to the highway. I also appreciated that the security of the establishment was great. Some guests were a bit noisy in the night in the pool (the pool is open 24/7), we called the reception and the security came immediately and asked the guests to keep it low - so no worries, your relax in Kay Homes will not be disturbed.

Everything was great and we will be booking again.

The arrival treats,, it was a nice surprise. They put for us a fruit salad , cold drinks baskets and a karak tea. Also they offer us a complementary breakfast. The staff were very kind and generous. Also the reception was answering my calls all the time and they were very helpful. On check out also they gave us some cookies and muffins and 2 bottle of water and a tissue box.

The room was very relaxing. And place was very peaceful. Thank you to all staff of the Kay homes from reception to house keeping. sorry I forgot your names. They are all very accommodating. Very nice experience. Hospitable staffs

The property is spacious, fairly modern and clean. The villa has a private pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a supermarket and a mall close by. There’s also a beach not far away.

The villa that we stayed accommodates 6 guests. Only 2 pool towels were provided. There is no mat at the pool door leading into the lounge. Tiles are slippery when wet. There kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked for a self catering property.

That Palestinian or Jordanian person who works as a front for reception was bad manners, as he asked me a provocative question, where he told me you are in a great hurry to come to make an arrival or complete the reservation process, knowing that the time was nearly two o'clock in the afternoon, the treatment was very bad, and I do not recommend anyone to book a room first, any form of The forms of making another reservation in the same hotel are bad service, worse treatment, and an employee who has no connection to professionalism and does not have any sense of responsibility. I left upset without even entering the room, noting that the amount was deducted without benefit, so I do not advise in any way to go or book a room Or something like this hotel

I really enjoyed my self even though it was a quick stay , the pool is directly connected to your room and you can enter the pool 24 hours , pool guards will be making sure everything is safe till late night then they leave and give the families some privet time to enjoy the pool as well , and you can literally park the car in front of your room . Location of the hotel is far from traffic but also in the middle of all the needed markets malls restaurants pharmacies . Place is quite clean modern and new . Breakfast is served in your room . Or INSIDE THE POOL IF YOU WISH ✨ Very good place for family quality time
