لقد اعجبني ان جميع العاملين لطفاء وخدومين ويلبون كافة الخدمات وكان تعاملهم جدا رائع وسرعة بتسجيل الدخول والخروج وتوفر مواقف للسيارت مجانيه والافطار جدا رائع ولذيذ ومتنوع وكان كل شي مرتب والكميات متوفره للجميع شكرا للجميع 🌹 ❤️ 🤗
الذي لم يعجبني بوفيه العشاء لم تلبى طلبنا وكانت محدودة بعض الشيء بعكس الإفطار كان جدا متنوع ورائع ولذيذ 😔 وايضا أرغب بملاحظه على حوض السباحه فالماء جدا بارد وعلى ما اعتقد يجب أن يكون قليل من الحراره بالماء لان الجو بارد والماء بارد أيضاً واطفال صغار يسبحون بالحوض فممكن يتعرضون لنزلات البرد وشكرا لتفهمكم 🥰

لقد أقمت معكم لقد اكتشفت أن الفندق رأس الخيمة جميل به مساحه واسعة للغرف زات خدمة كاملة من النظافة اليومية والواي فاي المجاني ومجانية النية المعدنية والكافي والشاي والسكر ولبن ابو قوس مجالية كل يوم طيلة ايام الاقامة والاستمتاع بحوض السباحه وكافي شهر زاد الجميل والفطور الصباحي الري شملته مع ايام الحجز كان جميل ومشكل وكآمل شكري وودي وحبي للاصطاف العامل من الكاونتر ورجل الوردية الليلي علي كاونتر الاستقبال وعمال الفندق في الاستقبال والنظافة شاكر لهم شديد حقيقة احترمونا حق الاحترام والخدمة

this is second time we book in this hotel, and again for the second time we got free upgrade, plus this time as we stayed for one week, we noticed the heat insulation is amazing, the room stays cool even after long time the ac is off

I really like the staff, they were so kind and had a great service. they gave us free upgrade.
there was no problem with wifi and the bed was comfortable.
since we were staying near to the event hall, only the night time, we heard the music and it was a bit noisy.

I liked the swiming pool only
The bed: i seleced one large double bed. But they had given 2 single bed joined. At mid night I told to reception about it. Then they take me to different room, where bed is same as before. Then again they changed the room where metres is double. But the room temperature was very freezing. It did not got up over 19 degree.
The kids play area: it is in a enclosed room without ventilation. And only very few toys are there.
No jaccuji/ hot tub, no steam bath
