المكان روعه والغرفة كبيره جدا والسعر مناسب يصلح للعائلات فيه عده مسابح وألعاب للأطفال وحضانه للاهتمام للأطفال وسينماء للأطفال الموظفون متعاونون خدمه الغرفه ايضاً ممتازه فعلا المكان يستحق الزياره

well located, nice building and facilities, beach is good , food is not bad specially on the White Beach Bar also the music and atmosphere at this beach bar is very entertaining . Breakfast at the main restaurant can be improved , the staff is very professional and friendly, Mohsin at the reception was great help . Also a good point, it’s a pet friendly hotel

Ótima hospedagem em Ras Al Khaimah. Gostamos do quarto, do café da manhã e de todas as instalações da hospedagem. Café da manhã com uma variedade ampla para atender vários perfis de hospedes.

Nada que desabone a hospedagem.

The room was very spacious.

It is hard to locate via GPS as there are no clear signages or branding. Even though the room itself was spacious, the shower area was very small.

Liked the beach.. Waterfront.. Size of the room was fine breakfast was sumptuous

A few facilities were provided when asked. Refrigerator was missing. Aircon needs to be looked at as was not working properly.

The staff, everyone was very nice and helpful

It's all lie, basically. They said it has 2 pools, but one of its not working. They said it has parties in the beach bar, which is closed at 18h. They say there is a pool party: pool was closed at 20h. And there it goes..... Just a bunch of lies. Besides that, the hotel was under maintenance, so the pool and the beach had this lousy noise during the whole day. I understand the need to maintain the place, but we should be aware of what to expect. I feel fooled.

We loved the hotel. The main reason why we selected this property was that we wanted to have a staycation with our dog and there aren't too many options in the country for that. This hotel is pet-friendly! Also, we got a very good deal on the all-inclusive and we were delighted with the room upgrade, which was graciously offered to us by the staff. The one bedroom apartment is HUGE, the kitchen is massive, the living room, the foyer, the bedroom, everything was perfect! We had to pay a little extra to get our dog but that's okay, we were happy to just have him there with us. Their beach bar is the best, and the pool bar too. The service was excellent. All the staff was very attentive, and friendly, and kind to us. The beach is also amazing, it's really long. The vibe was very relaxed and we had a great staycation! We got an early check-in, they were kind to us to enjoy our meal at the beachside barbecue because the main restaurant didn't allow dogs indoor and the terrace was too hot in the afternoon, we got a complementary upgrade and the restaurant staff was extremely nice! All in love, we loved it! Special shout out to Anurag, Margaret, Abdul & Rodel from the staff, thank you!

Only a few comments: 1. Their rules about 'dogs barking' in the room is quite unfair and unreasonable. Our dog was very calm and quiet but for 5 seconds, as soon as he barked, the staff came to tell us to make him quiet else guests might complain. I think if you are a pet-friendly hotel, you need to understand that dogs are dogs, and they will bark! As long as they're not creating a huge ruckus, there should be some understanding on that! 2. In the all inclusive package, we were told that alcohol service begins at 3 pm and ends at 12 pm next day. However, we weren't informed that the next day, it doesn't begin before 11 am. Complete information would have been helpful for us! 3. There is no option or information about the dogs on booking.com. The fact that only specific rooms can accomodate the dogs and there's an extra charge of 200 dhs per dog, would have been nice to have before booking! As well as other rules (dogs now allowed poolside, etc).
