Everything was great. It was not my first time at the Cove with the Family. It is always super and above expectation. Thank you to Ms. Hessa at the check-in desk, as she has done an upgrade for the room and she is very nice and helpful. Also I would like to extend my special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ahmad Reda, he has made a big efforts to keep us as clients satisfied with the rooms and he has also done an upgrade for us. Having a swimming pool for adults only is good and quiet. International Breakfast is good and fresh. All staffs were nice and helpful. It was a lovely weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. It had private plunge pool which was actually quite large. As well we spent good time in the hotel adult pool. We purchased all-inclusive option during check-in which was good and had sufficient options + additional discounts in not-included restaurants. Food was great and lots of options during all meals.

The room was actually not a "2 bedroom hotel room" but a villa with 2 separate hotel rooms upstairs and downstairs, so this would probably be more complicated for families with small kids and should be more clear in the details. When calling the cart to go anywhere it takes long time very often so better to call in advance or walk. The spa promoter by the pool was so "aggressive" and really made us feel uncomfortable, so while we all initially wanted to go for spa, most of us changed our mind and didn't feel comfortable going any more. The cooker in the room was not working.

Sometimes the buggy’s are not available or late to arrive. When there is a lot of people around the pool you might not have the chance to get a towel.

Stunning location with the most attentive staff you could come across. Nothing possibly could have been better.

The staff were very polite, helpful and professional. The staff at the Breeze bar where we watched football were super.

The outlet Cinnamon where we had dinner as a group was disappointing. It was an Arabian food night and the BBQ chicken was raw and the spread of the buffet was ordinary for the price demanded.

Everything! One of the best places ever in UAE the location, facilities, and breakfast choices. Staff were very helpful. And non-stop activities and music.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have been to. Amazing views and very friendly staff, and cat friendly 🥰 They also have special entertainment shows every day. The fire show was great 👍🏼

The food at cinnamon buffet at dinner and at breakfast was not very fresh like it used to be.. the fruit salads and regular salads were not fresh at all. Food variety was more earlier (there was no desserts in breakfast, only banana breads and english cake?

The entire property felt like an island away from the mainland. Beautifully landscaped with stunning architecture and with the lagoon and the beach and the pools all in terrific harmony along with the verdant nature and blooms all over the property. Excellent staff and kudos to the entire team for making our stay memorable. They really did well to accomodate our requests and we were bowled over with the hospitality! The food was also great with the lavish buffet spread and multitude of options. Overall, very highly recommended!

We did face a couple of hiccups but most of them were resolved. At The Village pool area, there was a minor unpleasant occurrence with one of the lifeguard at the aquaslide building side.

The property is beautifully designed. Feels like you've travelled to a different country in seconds.

The room I got was pretty far from the beach and felt like it wasn't a part of the main property. Wish it was clearly mentioned while booking. On my last visit we stayed in the lagoona room and the experience there was much better. Also, the prices have increased pretty sharply compared to last year. Both for rooms and F&B. On our visit in 2022, they had certain bank promos that worked as discounts. Didn't find any this time.

The hotel territory is huge and lovely, beautiful beach and nice pools.

Cove Rotana became an extremely disappointing experience and was not worth the money I spent to stay there for 2 nights. The check-in process is extremely slow. We had a standard package and food and drinks were so bad. Poor choice of food and cheapest wine which can't even be called wine. After my complaint, we got upgraded to a premium package but still food and drinks were below average. While having fewer premium guests, the speed of service is still very slow. Waiting for 20 mins for breakfast eggs in a restaurant with 10 guests only is unreasonable time. While rooms are nice, there is no soundproofing - you can't sleep at night with service cars passing by your villa after midnight every 10 mins. Valet parking staff damaged my car by somehow pulling out a plastic cover of under seat rail, leaving it on the floor while claiming it was not their fault. I wish to have chosen a better hotel for my staycation

Wonderful feel of the whole resort, very green and loved hearing the birds chirping. Breakfast, the pools, beach were excellent and the staff had just the right mix of attention and letting guests be to enjoy their stay - perfect getaway.

De verkopers aan het zwembad voor massage. Dure massages en ongewenste praktijken in de SPA. Erg veel Russen (all inclusiv) en eten was (buiten het Italiaans restaurant)gewoon slecht.

This resort is perfection! Everything is so good, the vibe, the staff, the welcome, the service, the rooms, the place... EVERYTHING!

The hotel needs a maintenance! It’s not 5* hotel at all. The buggy service needs to be improved! To wait for a buggy 20 mins it’s too much ! The variety of food is very limited and quality of the food wished to be better … the alcohol which was included into the package All Inclusive- was very low quality . Plus , I have booked a room with the king bed . During check in ,we’ve received a room with the twin beds which they combined together . But !!!! The mattresses were different,one is lower than another , and one seems like was new and another one when you lay down - the mattress was sagging . So was our first time and the last . Doesn’t worth the money we have paid at all

I really liked the grounds of the resort and the sea view from our balcony. There is a lot to see and do. I liked the fact that there was an adult only pool and buggies to help you get around the resort.

The lagoon looked a bit dirty and the hotel is a bit dated. The photographs just looked a little more flashy than in reality. There was a lot of choice with the buffets on offer but the quality wasn’t great. The staff were a little miserable at check in but they collectively managed to turn that around during our stay.

This used to be my personal favorite retreat area. I have visited and stayed here many times. My honest opinion on this stay might upset some people however this time I was pretty disappointed. The level of service and over all room condition has just deteriorated. If you think the location makes it 5-star, good luck. I won't be returning until I hear and see upgrades. You guys have the best spot/location by all means. Just upgrade the condition of the rooms please so the place looks tidy and really present a 5-star experience as it used to be. I feel sorry for who ever is managing this right now, perhaps they are tight on budget or they are not aware of the room condition. How much would it cost to have fillers in the washrooms? I mean just look at the cracks and crevices. Such a turn off. Landscaping needs attention as well. It's now like a unattended rain forest; with no rain ofcourse. The mini lakes near the villas full of mess. Need immediate attention and cleaning. I just feel so sad. Never expected all this from this place.

Setting, location, facilities were great. The entertainment division that organises games and events for kids and adults was very good. Suraj from house keeping was very helpful. Mohammed from front desk really understood our challenge with a toddler and went out of the way to provide us options. So thank you.

I think the timing of the kids events and buffet should be rethought about. The buffet closes at 9.30 whereas evening entertainment starts at 8.15 for kids up until 9.00 and then entertainment for adults. We missed kids entertainment on day 1 coz of dinner timing. So increase the time limit of buffet beyond 9.30. Its difficult to finish evening activities at sunset, rush to room, change and then go to dinner and finish it before 8.15. The food at the cinnamon restuarant was not upto the mark. This feedback was well taken by the team at Cove and they provided a solution.

The scenery makes it feel like you are in another country. The all-inclusive package is worth it. Breakfast is amazing. Lots of uphill walking, but it is part of the experience. Pool is cold, and could be warmed a little.
