Саме головне що нам сподобалось, це сервіс. Посмішки персоналу, бажання допомогти і зробити відпочинок краще. Звісно, є недоліки, але про ці дрібниці не хочеться писати. Для мене цей готель памʼятний, бо я зробив там пропозицію своїй дівчині, і отримав від неї відповідь «так»

Трохи застаріла вілла.

Un séjour extraordinaire, dans le meilleur hôtel parmi tous ceux que nous avons connus! Hôtel incroyable niché dans une réserve naturelle on l’on croise des gazelles et des oryx. Le personnel est fantastique, d’une gentillesse inégalée. Nous avons séjourné dans une tente avec piscine, qui était magnifique. Spectacle de faucons gratuit très intéressant. Nous rêvons de revenir!

Tandis que le prix de la restauration était plutôt raisonnable et d’un excellent rapport qualité-prix, les activités supplémentaires (chameau, etc) un peu onéreuses

The location, the staff and the overall ambience were wonderful. A truly excellent resort and well worth the price.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, but unfortunately there were some delays and misunderstanding with our drinks and food orders. It was however dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Loved the atmosphere of the complex, beautifully maintained and a nice change from a beach resort. The private pool was great and we very much enjoyed watching the little family of Gazelles that came to visit us throughout the day and evening. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We also celebrated my birthday during our stay and it was a lovely to received not one but 2 cakes and to have our bed decorated, it made my birthday extra special.

We notified the Ritz before arriving that we would be there around 3pm to check-in as check-in was from 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 only to be told our room was not ready. Sadly we didn't get into our room until 4:40 which was a bit annoying. This didn't spoil our stay but wasn't a great start. Also we had 3 bikes ready waiting outside our villa but one bike had a completely flat tire. We called to get this fixed, they came and took the bike but sadly never returned it so my husband wasn't able to come out biking with us and we were leaving the next morning so it wasn't worth following this up.

A unique experience: the villa we stayed in, the staff, the food and the flow overall exceeded our expectations. Concierge Sujith, “Farmhouse” restaurant waiter Yee And the Joshi (breakfast attendant) delivered top class service (excellent work, guys! Thank you!)

Notre petite fille a été mordue au bras par un cheval au moment où on s’apprêtait à dîner. Dîner qui n’aura pas lieu. Nous avions demandé si il était possible de le caresser et on non a dit oui sans soucis. Nous leur avons expliqué que notre fille souffre d’un problème d’immunité suite à une maladie grave. La vétérinaire est arrivée pour nous dire que le cheval avait reçu 2 vaccins. Aucun médecin n’a été appelé, on ne nous a pas non plus proposé de l’emmener à l’hôpital. Nous avons passé la nuit à appeler les médecins qu’on connaît pour savoir quoi faire et si on devait la vacciner en urgence. Le lendemain midi au moment du check out, nous avons expliqué à la réception que nous allions nous rendre à l’hôpital à Dubaï pour des soins. Manque de professionnalisme total du responsable de la réception. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait. Pas même le plat de spaghetti commandé à notre fille dans la villa après être sortie en pleure du restaurant avec une belle trace au bras. La situation n’a pas été prise au sérieux. Aujourd’hui, nous espérons juste que notre fille n’a pas attrapé une mauvaise bactérie ou le tétanos ou la rage. Nous sommes très stressés. L’hôtel n’est pas plus concerné que ça.
