Big room walking distance to the haram masjid Makkah.
Room not clean fly's and cockroaches. Linen dirty. Staff uncooperative. Wouldn't change the room after agreeing to change in the morning.

car parking wasnt available but had to go behind the hotel in the street there was lots of parking free

it’s very far from Haram, not 500 meters. they mentioned wrong.

amazing rooms with kettles, tissues, soap etc all the amenities that you could need. and they replenish them everyday
my tv didn’t work but it was a minor problem

Location is very bad, when we arrived the police was closing the road, so we had to spend 1 hour revolving around the place to get access and finally the driver had to park in the car park near the place and we had to drag our bags all over to the building, which is very old. All facilities are very poor and the staff service was very bad.
the room is old and not clean, the bathroom is very small, not maintained and old stile. I don’t know why should I paid £120 for such a crap place.

Staff couldn't speak or understand English.

I requested to book a single room and was given a quadruple room
The hotel mentions on the Booking website that there is Wi-Fi service available and this is not true because it is almost available and it was very weak to the point where I went down to the reception to connect to the internet
In general, the hotel services are bad and many things that were mentioned on the Booking website are not present
