The behaviour of front desk was very rude and hotel is not value for money.

Room was okay

The receptionist guys were like they doesn’t allow visitors into room it seems which was conveyed to me after the check in is done and it was not mentioned in booking.com hotel policies or any where else so they were talking very rudely when I requested them to send my cousin upstairs for couple of minutes which didn’t ended well and i had to leave hotel because of them and their useless rules.

Breakfast was good. Clean neat, spacious rooms. Close to eateries. Locality was also clean

There was a hell of noise from the adjacent room at 245AM in the morning. The swiping machine was not working and we were forced to pay from our account instead of credit card

The lunch was good.. wide variety of non veg and veg spread.. rooms were clean

Breakfast could have been better especially south Indian foods like idli, vada... The TV has a set top box and has no channels in it.. when asked to activate basic English news channels they refused..

The room cost is high. Better hotels available at this price

They said it is chargeable when we asked for a couple of plates to eat food. I stayed in major 5 star hotels and this was never the thing.
