Private on Chain O’Lakes ⭐️ Huge Kitchen, 2 Living Spaces, Large Cousins Room!
Questa casa sul lago di lusso si trova in una posizione fantastica, a 10 minuti da Minocqua ea 10 minuti dal Lago del Torches Casino a Lac du Flambeau! Conveniente per l'autostrada, ma arretrato abbastanza da non saperlo. Goditi una bella strada di campagna del Nord che ti conduce al viale di accesso asfaltato. Privacy, natura, pace e tranquillità e le onde che colpiscono la riva sono ciò che ti circonda mentre cammini nella proprietà. Non ci sono molte proprietà che si confrontano con la privacy che ti piacerà qui. La casa ha troppe belle caratteristiche da citare, ma alcuni preferiti sono: soggiorno e caminetto, una "camera" da letto della casa che permette il contenimento del rumore in casa per i nottambuli o per i primi uccelli, 3. 5 bagni, 5 camere da letto più una grande camera da letto nel livello inferiore walk-out. La cucina ha una vista sul lago da tutte le zone di cottura e sala da pranzo! Goditi il tramonto dal tavolo della cucina o l'alba dalle camere da letto. Di sera, prendi il lago illuminato dalla luna stando seduti intorno a un pozzo del fuoco o bevendo qualcosa sul ponte. All'interno è pieno di divertenti giochi da tavolo e un tavolo da biliardo. Spesso durante il giorno vedrai le aquile volare sopra la proprietà e la vita selvaggia è abbondante. A perfect vacation house on Fence Lake for our family of 17 adults and children. The double-wide pier, fire pit, and deck somewhat elevated over the lake with clear views make for a wonderful outdoor experience. Newly remodeled bathrooms are a nice addition to the comfortable, spacious living quarters. We booked this property again, for the third consecutive year.

Wonderful week in the Wisc Northwoods! The house was perfect for a family vacation with 9 adults and 6 kids! The bunkroom was great for the kiddos! Although there was no sand beach, the lake was clean and clear and the kids enjoyed playing in the water every day!

There was a little confusion as to which house was 2305 (maybe putting the number on the house would help). Diane was a great hostess and was fast to communicate to us to get us to the correct house and get in. It is clear that this property is loved and well cared for. The house and grounds are beautiful and quiet. The property and house were stocked with lots of little extras you might not think of. Little disappointed there wasn’t a boat as listed. Overall a wonderful place to make great memories!

Great place to experience a family vacation on a lake in northern Wisconsin. The hosts were very helpful with info before we arrived. Rented a pontoon boat which was a good deck to add to the week’s activities.

Plenty of room for the 14 of us that stayed for the week, as well as additional family visiting various days. The house is very well stocked; I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't already there.
Favorite part was sunsets over the lake, followed by nightly bonfires. The lake is beautiful, and the surrounding area is very quiet.
The water nearest the dock is rock covered but they are smooth, and as soon as you walk out a bit it's mostly sandy. There's a nice selection of water shoes for your use but recommend bringing a pair if you have them.
Will definitely stay here again!

Love all Bonding Time properties but this one was perfect for our large group. Lots to do in the area and the connecting lakes are awesome. This was our 3 time here. Making plans for the next time already!

We’ve stayed on this chain of lakes a lot, and this was the perfect house for the amount of people we had! We surprised someone for their 40th birthday with some old Army buddies we haven’t seen in years! We definitely made new wonderful memories. The new dock was awesome with two boats in our party and great space to sit and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. If we have this amount of people again, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again!

This was a great week for our family. This property is plenty large enough to accommodate our 15. There was a new pier to enjoy for fishing or swimming. Fence Lake is a great lake. The owners are very responsive to any questions. The check in was very easy with a smart lock. Plenty of outdoor equipment to supplement whatever you bring. It could have been a bit cleaner inside cabinets and under tables. Thanks, Bonds for sharing your home.

We stayed at the home for a week and loved it. The home well maintained. The owners care about your experience as well as their home. We especially appreciated how quiet the home was despite having a lot of people with us. Part of that is the nature of the layout of the home, as well as the quality of construction. The kitchen is excellent and well laid out, if not new. The views to the lake are spectacular.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was perfect. The property was beautiful and the hosts were great with communications before and during the stay. The Fence Lake Chain was amazing clean, clear, and not crowded. Can't wait to stay again.

We had a wonderful week with our family at Fence Lake! The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family. It was really nice to have the separate living room (away from the bedrooms) for our early risers and our late nighters. The outdoor property was perfect as well! We enjoyed the pier, the fire pit, and the large deck. A great time had by all!

We had an awesome time on our family vacation here!! House is big enough for our family of 17. From a 2 year old to a 71 year old. It was prefect size and spread out. The 2 family rooms was prefect as well as the room downstairs for the kids. The owner checked in and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The lake was great for tubing and the kids had fun off the dock swimming. Didn’t catch a lot of fish but we did try!! Thank you for offering this house to us and all the family to come!!

Our group of 17 ranging from ages 4- grandpa all enjoyed the property. Peace and quiet and privacy. Bald eagles, chipmunks, frogs and fish just to name a few. The chain o lakes was awesome.
House was clean and stocked- had everything a group our size needed.
You will not regret staying at Bonding Time LLC.

This our second year with the Bonds at Fence Lake. They strive to give their guests a quality experience. Several improvements were made from last year which made our stay even nicer. Plenty of basic supplies are on hand to start the week off. What a great week we had!

4th Annual Family Reunion
This is our 4th year in a row staying at Bonding Time!! Our 3 families (13 of us total) fit perfectly here. Every day was filled with water sports, fishing and hanging out on the huge dock and around the fire pit. Eagles and loons were always in our sights. The Fence Lake chain of lakes is fantastic. Water is incredible. So clear!!
The owners have taken much care over the years to make our stays very comfortable. David and Diane are amazing hosts.

Great vacation home away from home. Has a nice view of the lake. And comfortably fit a group of 16 people. Lots of activities to do indoors and outdoors.

Christmas Celebration - 2021
We were all able to fit and stay comfortably...there was lots of room for our family - grandparents, their children, and their grandchildren. (total of 13) Lots of indoor activities available for days when it's too cold to be outside. Appreciated that they had a Christmas tree there, too. Very positive experience.

We always have such a good time with plenty to do. It’s nice to have all the extra toys and games to enjoy. The house is nice and roomy. The owners are the best to work with. This is our third year with one of their properties and we are trying another one next year.

Perfect for large group
We spent a wonderful week with 17 people from 2 main families with 3 generations. The spacious setup allowed for many different activities at the same time.
Dave and Diane were VERY helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. Dave even helped us bring the boat from the launch to the dock,
I have rented many VRBO properties and this one was the most welcoming. There was a welcome basket, a fully stocked kitchen with plenty pots, pans, silverware….all kitchen supplies. Many indoor and outdoor games, water toys, and lots of seating.
The place was spotless and well stocked with supplies needed to get through the week. Literally you only need to bring your food and clothes.

A great summer getaway
Bonding Time on Fence Lake was a great summer retreat for our family. The very well stocked kitchen and the abundance of room in the home meant there was something for everyone in our diverse group. The Bonds were super attentive to our needs. It is a great property with a gradual slope out into the water. It was a fun week and can't wait to go back.

Wonderful as always
We've stayed at this cabin for a week the past 3 summers and it could not be a more enjoyable time. The cabin is well stocked with everything we needed, and is clean and very cozy. The kids love the bunk room in the basement. The lake is wonderful for swimming, water sports and just cruising around. Dave and Diane have thought of everything and are amazing hosts. Can't wait for next year!

Comfortable, great home for 12 people
Great property with a fantastic deck and fire pit, house was well-stocked, plenty of things to do and places to sit and unwind for a 12-person party. WSW facing location, great for sunsets across the lake. Fantastic walleye fishing (mid/late June), trolling deep runners around and after sunset straight out from the dock in the deep water. Also caught a walleye by casting on the dock around the same time. Dave was very helpful for everything, efficient communication. My only comment is that on windy days, the waves can really do a number on the boat/dock if the bumpers aren't placed well with respect to a boat, so I'd recommend bringing some extra protection in addition to the existing bumpers that "slide over" the dock poles (the location is on the predominant windward side of the lake). We had a small fishing boat, pontoon, and medium fishing boat - and we really had to be vigilant on those windier days with the bumper placement for all three boats. All in all, a fantastic place and would love to go there again!

Great place for a restful getaway
We spent a long weekend at this property with a group of friends and family. Perfect for large groups. It is an excellent property that is well loved and cared for. Great views, spacious all across, well stocked, super clean and special attention to details and needs of the guests. The view of the lakes front the large deck is phenomenal. Lots of extras in the home for guests to enjoy. David and Diane, the owners of the property are a delight to work with. Their responsiveness and follow through says a lot about how much they care about this being a great experience for their guests. We would absolutely go back!!

Lake water is so clear, but you need water shoes to get in. Everyone enjoyed evening playing billiard.The house was well stocked. The owners thought of every detail. Thank you. It was beautiful very spacious home loved the big deck and the eating area, the big kitchen. everything was clean and lovely.
Also the double wide pier was a nice surprise. And Dave and Diane answered any texts that we sent very quickly.

Wonderful Week on Flambeau Chain
This is a wonderful property to enjoy with a large group. Many different sleeping areas that are on separate levels and with segregated full bathrooms as well. This made it more than large enough for our group of 12.
Also the kitchen is a good distance from the sleeping areas which is great for those who like to wake early or sleep in. The property has great amenities (kayaks/paddleboards) and their dock is a great size to tie your boat. House is well stocked with almost anything you need.
Lastly, I'd have to say Dave/Diane are the best hosts I've had on VRBO. They are very responsive and helpful. They even searched the house for an item we left behind and are mailing it for us. Definitely a pleasure to rent from and make the experience that much better.

Wonderful lake house
We had a wonderful week! Great house on a beautiful lake! We were a group of 13 and the house had plenty of room to spread out. Wonderful sitting areas and spacious kitchen. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed.
Dave and Diane were very thorough and easy to get in touch with from the minute we booked. Dave met us upon check in and showed us around which we appreciated.
We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Fun in the sun
We had a blast! It was a perfect house for our large family and so much to do. The layout was perfect for early risers and late stayer uppers! Can’t wait to come back!!
