Villamare 1306 è semplicemente il migliore sulla spiaggia. Non esiste un altro complesso di ville che offre 180 gradi di vista su e giù (nord e sud) della più bella spiaggia di Hilton Head Island. Non ci è inoltre altri 3 villa che si trova così vicino alla spiaggia e il mare in un punto qualsiasi Hilton Head Island.
Villamare 1306 è stato completamente rinnovato e ristrutturato. rimodellare vasta comprende pareti mobili per espandere il salotto in una zona luminosa, aperta e spaziosa. Vi è ora una zona pranzo completa (le Villamares magazzino 3 camere da letto non hanno una sala da pranzo che può ospitare più di 4 persone). Tutti i nuovi cucina gourmet con ripiani in granito, tutti nuovi e con l'aggiunta di mobili da cucina, insieme ad una rondella e asciugatrice. Altri aggiornamenti includono nuova illuminazione ad incasso, soffitti lisci, marmo scorre, pavimenti in legno nel soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Vi è una TV a schermo piatto in ogni camera, TV a schermo piatto, videoregistratore, DVD e stereo in salotto. La villa è di design arredato con bella decorazione in beige e blu con colorful colori dell'isola di accento.
Siamo anche uno dei pochi ville in affitto per avere il nostro governante privato che è a disposizione 24/7 dovrebbe mai avere un problema. Il nostro governante è orgoglioso del suo lavoro e la nostra villa e personalmente ispeziona prima di ogni arrivo.

Villamare dispone di una grande piscina fronte oceano con vasca idromassaggio e piscina per bambini separata e cabana. C'è anche un club privato in loco benessere con piscina interna riscaldata con vasca idromassaggio, sauna, 7 macchine cardio fitness con TV individuale, palestra universale, pesi liberi, e zona relax. I giardini sono ben allestite con lagune, due sdraio e una grande zona grill con tavoli per grigliate sulla spiaggia. Villamare dispone sotto la costruzione di un parcheggio con ascensori e carrelli per i bagagli. A differenza di altri complessi di villa, c'è un ampio parcheggio qui! Anche in questo caso, Villamare è circondata da servizi come bene. A pochi passi si trova il famoso George Fazio, Robert Trent Jones e campi da golf Arthur Hills. Gli amanti del tennis potranno godere del diritto Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center dall'altra parte della strada. This was the perfect HHI vacation. The condo location both within Palmetto Dunes and on the property itself is absolutely perfect. I was initially weary because there was not a bar or restaurant in Villamar but we didn’t moss that at all. You don’t need one when staying in Palmetto Dunes because there are plenty of options in walking distance. Pools and amenities were great, we used everything from the grills to the gym. Excellent views from the balconies. Only wish our suggestion is that the bedroom of the dining area has a king bed instead of a queen. Remodel was phenomenal also!

Location is excellent. Some niggles...no welcome package provided by host. Maybe we're old school but would have really appreciated a one or two page guide instead of hearing "it's online". Entrance passes not available when we arrived...gate contacted host and it was sorted quickly but an inconvenience. WARNING predatory HOA...make sure parking pass is on dashboard-our car was towed!

The Location of this condo is one of the best. Having 3 bedrooms for a family stay is great. However as someone who's family has owned a resort, on a beach, for the last 50 years, the cleaning crew REALLY needs improvement. All of the high touch areas were visibly dirty. The comforters on 2 of the 4 beds were stained, one had 2 blood stains on them. There was sand all over the unit upon our arrival, and there was no vacuum to clean it up.
As other's mentioned, there was 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag - no dish or laundry pods. But that is the norm for most rentals, so we came prepared for that.
There was an alarming amount of mold in the property. I'm aware that in that climate, and especially at the end of the season, it may be difficult to keep at bay when you have tenants who leave the doors open or don't wipe down walls, but that is where a better cleaning company would be a necessity. This is our 4th time staying at Villamare, at this time of year, and none of the other units we've stayed at had that kind of mold. The showers also had orange mold that needed a good scrub. For someone who is sensitive to mold, I would recommend a different property. For us, we only slept there and had breakfast at the rental, most of the other times, we were out on the island, at the beach, or at the pool. A+ location. The property's condition wouldn't stop me from staying there in the future, but it is still something I think other's should be prepared for.

Nice location and views of ocean/pool. Comfortable stay. Organized kitchen lots of storage space. A few members of our family are older with mobility issues. The location was excellent. We loved the location of the unit with it’s easy access to everything. It’s not our first time staying at Villamare and/or other similar units in Palmetto Dunes, but our first time renting with VRBO. Our only complaint is that due to mechanical/technical problems, we did not have the use of the microwave oven and clothes dryer our entire stay. Thus making things somewhat inconvenient but not unbearable.

We had a good stay at this property. Overall great layout for two families (we had 5 kids and 4 adults and it worked out ok). Everything was clean, although the unit could use a vacuum for sand and some cosmetic issues existed in the kitchen, but unit was priced appropriately. The only things I would suggest is to remove any remodeling extra paint/supplies from the bathroom cabinets to give room to guests, and to give guests heads up that we owe $25 per car upon arrival. Great property, access to beach etc, though.

Property was great - however the listing said we get a 20% discount on bikes at a local bike rental place - they told us they know nothing about that - so we did not get a 20% discount - the coffee pot stopped working with one day left - so we did not report that - overall experience was really good

Property was great and in a great location. 9 women on our trip. We were provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag and no beach towels or laundry detergent. I contacted the owner on day 2 of our 7 night stay and he never replied back or brought more supplies. So just know that you are on your own once you get there.

We very much enjoyed our 17 days at this great oceanfront condo. You can't beat the views, and the unit is very well appointed. Since we were there with our three granddaughters, the Pack-N-Play beds were very helpful and the beach and pool toys were enjoyed. As noted in other posts, the kitchen is a bit small, but is very well stocked with everything needed. There was no vacuum in the unit, so if you plan to stay for long periods, I suggest you bring one as the sand is hard to keep up with from being tracked in from the beach. I highly recommend this unit and will stay there again myself.

We’ve stayed at different condos in Villamare this is now a favorite. Location to pool and beach very convenient. As a party of 6 it was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The use of outdoor grills came in handy to cook the fish we caught.

Condo was old looking. Main rug in living area worn and turning up at edges causing tripping over. Furniture dirty/stained. Screen on sliding glass doors broke or totally off hinges.

Condo has amazing views. We used covered balcony everyday, it was so relaxing. The kitchen was smaller then in the pictures, but we made it work. Minor inconveniences: elevator was down till Friday, painting was done outside our door & stairway. We would gladly book this condo again but it’s booked for the next couple of years.

Holy cow! 3 balconies right on the beach, probably the shortest walk to the beach on Hilton Head Island, pool was cold but the hot tub and indoor pool were awesome. We have been coming to HHI for the past 5 years and we love Villamare. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom and this one was perfect. It had everything that fit 3 generations for a great week at the beach. Views and space was amazing. There is some mold in the master bathroom that needs to be addressed ASAP and some near a few vents. As long as that is corrected, we'll definitely be back.

This property is close to everything. Palmetto Dunes tennis and pickle ball facilities are great. Renting bikes is the best way to get around. This property has excellent views from three separate balconies! We will come back again!
