Location is supreme. Close to everywhere

Everything did not meet our expectation. In addition they charged us more than what we reserved for.

The location was great and the staff pleasant and helpful Room was spacious

The shower took a long time for warm water to come through and the toilet seat was not attached to the base - very uncomfortable to sit on. Linen was old giving an appearance of “ not clean”.

This hotel has the best location in the city! The location just makes everything else void bc it is so great. Upon check in, my family and I were really lost due to the night market. So the owner hoped onto his scooter and took my dad to where our car was parked and escorted us in our van back to the premise. It was so kind of him. The rooms were very cozy and I love how we had to take off our shoes to enter the hotel. It was very traditional and I appreciated that. The breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed how family run this hotel was and how sweet and kind the owner and his wife were to us. I will definitely be back here in the future.

Good location very near to the river front and walking distance to all tourist attraction areas in the old town. The facility is well maintained and clean. A good portion of breakfast with fruits and nice coffee. Staff owner facility is very kind and helpful.

perfect! loved the hospitality perfect . We would recommend to everyone + It is a perfect spot for your stay in Luangprabang. I stayed there with my partner for two nights and we were given fresh water and coffee free of charge everyday. Also, while we were checking in we were given free welcome drinks. Breakfast is included and there are a lot of delicious options to choose from. I particularly loved the banana milkshake and the banana pancake. The owner was also really friendly and devoted to his job. Incredible service.

The service was really excellent. The two guys are really trying to do everything to make your stay as confortable as possible. The room was clean and every attractions could be reached by feet. We booked also our bike and a transfer to the northern bus station at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very nice and clean room, very good staff willing to provide travel information and help any time. Very good location right in the centre. We got a great time there

Location is fantastic, quiet and relaxing as well as being conveniently placed to walk to all the attractions within town. Mr Ben Staff were friendly and made you feel ưep come upon arrival. Great banana pancakes. Rooms were very tidy and clean.

Location, location, location. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good. Initially given the standalone villa which was nice, but could get a little noisy. Staff relocated us to a quieter room which worked out well for the rest of our stay.
