Casa di ritiro completamente arredata allestita per ospitare 9 Scrapbooking / Quilters, nonché famiglie o piccoli gruppi in cerca di una fantastica casa di vacanza! La casa è completamente arredata con una camera padronale al piano principale e un bagno comprensivo di vasca da bagno a immersione totale e doccia separata insieme a 2 camere da letto di livello inferiore e bagno completo separato. Ogni camera è allestita con un ampio letto e una serie di letti a castello per ospitare qualsiasi gruppo. La casa dispone di un totale di 9 nuovi letti (2 letti matrimoniali, 3 letti matrimoniali e 4 letti gemelli) che offrono ampio spazio a più famiglie e gruppi numerosi!
Per il tardo autunno, l'inverno e l'inizio della primavera, la casa è allestita per artigiani. La zona giorno di livello inferiore è allestita con 9 grandi tavoli artigianali per un ampio spazio di lavoro per ospitare gli scrapbookers, le trapunte, gli stamper e qualsiasi altro hobby simile. ** PER FAVORE NOTA, ci sono un massimo di 9 ospiti per i gruppi di ritiro in quanto non siamo in grado di facilitare i gruppi oltre quella dimensione. I had a weekend trip with my cousins and all our children. We had pre-teen to teens to entertain and the outdoor space and in door space was exactly what we needed! Everyone could easily all be together or had enough space to separate for some quiet time. The deck and patio area are perfect for entertaining fun or a peaceful relaxing time. The use of the kayaks, and games available made it so we didn't have to leave the property to find anything to do. The owners were very prompt and helpful.

I rented this beautiful home to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday. We cooked numerous meals together in the well-appointed kitchen and made excellent use of the beautiful deck, patio, and water toys. Everyone had a great time, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The weekend was perfect.

Our experience with Jeremiah and Jessica went above and beyond. Our original plan had been to use the home as a family gathering place during a larger family reunion. When an unexpected medical emergency changed all of our plans, the house became a quiet retreat for our family to be together while we took turns driving to Mayo. The cousins were able to spend time together (kayaking, swimming, and playing games) while the adults had a beautiful living area to relax and chat. It wasn’t the vacation we had planned, but the house was exactly what we needed. (My favorite part was the room with all the beds for the cousins to be together. It warmed my heart to hear them laughing together into the evening.)

We did have issues with the check out process - the information given to us online was different than what was in the binder at the house. Plus, we make special effort to purchase charcoal for the grill only to find out there is a propane grill now. But Jeremiah and Jess were absolutely helpful. Thanks!

Family Get Together
House was very nice and well stocked. The grounds could use some cleaning up. Had plenty of room for 12 people to eat, sleep, and play. Fun time was had by all.

Awesome Stay Awesome House!
We had a group of 9 guys stay at the house for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The house sits about 100 yards from the water and most of it is open space for yard games and hanging out. We spent the majority of our time outside since the weather was perfect.
We cooked every meal at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay.
There were six women in our group. We all enjoyed the VRBO. The price was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to come back. The owner was very accommodating. He helped us with access to the kayaks (which we enjoyed) on the water.

Great hosts great multipurpose cabin
9/9 guests all said it was great. Jeremiah and Jess answered all my questions and were excellent hosts. There was plenty of room for us all, but the kitchen gets a little cozy at 9+ adults. There is almost zero boat traffic, great amenities, and the hosts made the process easy. It’s also a great deal, I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The house was big and roomy. It was SPOTLESS. The kitchen had everything you could want and plenty of towels and linens. Kids would love it here! The river behind the house was beautiful and extremely relaxing. We could have stayed much longer! We will try to come back.

peaceful getaway
The pictures does not do justice. We had a wonderful time. The house was fully stocked, all we brought was food and drinks. The yard is huge! The best part was the pontoon. Everyone enjoyed being out on the boat. Jeremiah was very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely return!

Peaceful lake getaway
This was a great home on a quiet, beautiful lake. The house had all the amenities we needed and lots of space for 1-2 families. We enjoyed kayaking, boating, bonfires, and spent lots of time on the large deck. Our toddler loved all the kids’ games and books we found around the house. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect Getaway
My family stayed at this house and it was everything we could hope for. Plenty of space, large bedrooms, fully furnished, great access to the water.....this house was perfect for our family. The kids loved the open yard and kayaks. We are already looking at the calendar for next year to book this house again.

Beautiful retreat
This property is super clean, well stocked and the perfect place to hold a family gathering, women’s retreat or other large group gathering. The set up for the basement work area was amazing and there are so many sleeping options. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, spices, utensils, appliances, etc. There were plenty of extra pillows, bedding and blankets. Also, the owners were very available via text message and ready to help in any way they could. We loved our stay and will likely be booking another stay here!

Wonderful family weekend
The home was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing! Communication with Jeremiah was excellent. We had a wonderful family long weekend! I would have loved fans/air movement in downstairs bedrooms (ceiling fans not an option with bunk beds).

Awesome rental!
Owners were great to work with! Rental house is beautiful, well-maintained and well stocked with everything you might need and more. Beds and pillows are comfortable (which is something we have found to not always be the case with rental properties). You hardly notice the neighbors on both sides because there are plenty of trees and bushes in between. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone, and plan to re-visit again in the future.

FANTASTIC VACATION HOME!
We were totally delighted with this fabulous, spacious home with a huge and beautiful lawn on Lake Oronoco. We enjoyed everything outdoors (including spacious decks, outdoor seating, campfire areas and kayaking) and everything indoors (including a remarkably well stocked kitchen, indoor spa tub, lots of childrens’ books and games). What a gem of a place!

Our quilting group enjoys coming back every year. Spacious first floor to eat and enjoy a movie all together. Love the downstairs where all 7 of us can sew together. Plus the deck is nice to enjoy a glass of wine and take a break enjoying the scenery.

Lovely house with great view for a weekend get-a-way.
My sisters and I have been going away for a "sister's weekend" for the last 24 years. This house was, by far, one of the most comfortable we have ever had. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very functional as well as pretty. The view from the back of the house was phenomenal. Both the living room and the dining room were wonderful to hang out in and talk.
Our only concern was the railing on the deck. When taking group pictures we were afraid of leaning back on it because it seemed loose.
Overall, the whole weekend was wonderful.

Beautiful spacious house wonderfully decorated. They thought of everything. Ping pong set in garage saved the day for the kids.

Well-stocked house, lovely property
Our family had a wonderful time at this house. The owners have the house extremely well stocked with everything imaginable and there are many lovely updates to the house. We rented the pontoon and had a great time on Lake Zumbro. We went back and forth to Rochester daily for various things and found it to be an easy 20-25 minute drive. We would highly recommend this place! The owners were great to work with!

Very quiet and relaxing getaway!
It was a nice and clean house set on a large property with an abundance of opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities along with a plenty of space inside to enjoy during any type of weather conditions. Would recommend for a long stay or a weekend getaway.

Better than advertised!
My family of 7 had more than enough space in this home. Much of the inside has been updated and is kept up very well. The owners showed us the boat at checkin, then left us alone. Honestly, we reached out to them with a couple questions and they were very responsive to us. The large deck, expansive backyard, and the pontoon were my kids favorites. They also kayaked a lot as the river is not very strong so the kayaking was easy/fun/relaxing. Overall, we were very impressed with this home and are sharing this link with our friends with our strong recommendation. Thanks Jeremiah and Jessica!
