a very good quality of the Bed but this does not make the Hotel to a 4 - Star Hotel!!

The Managment and most of the Staff are trained for max. 2 - 3 Star Hotels but not for the expectation somebody has for a 4 - Star Hotel,particular the Top-Managment or the Owners!!

The hotel was very nice and was on the street the sunday market takes place which was very convenient! However, there is a bar across the street which did keep us up till quite late as we could here the music from our room. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day and i had bought a drink which came in a bamboo glass which was accidentally taken by housekeeping (i guess they have so much bamboo the consider it as rubbish as the drink was finished). Because I wanted to keep it i spoke to the reception which were very apologetic and sent me 2 new ones to the next hotel i was staying at in Bangkok! They arrived within two days, i was amazed! The staff were lovely and did everything to make it right! Very accommodating! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

1. Shower space is without shower curtains, so I need to be careful not to make the floor wet and slippery. 2. Glass between shower space and bedroom is nearly transparent. It’s awkward.

Good location, decent restaurant, good internet, clean.

Very small room for a "family suite", although the price was rather expensive. Only one small window, and it had frosted glass so no view at all. The other windows were fake, so the entire room was very dark. The weight didn't work, the USB charging connectors didn't work, the water in the shower almost made a small lake, because the floor slopes away from the drain! The cabinet in the bathroom is starting to fall apart.

De standaard kamer werd aangeboden voor €50. Op de foto zag het er oké uit. Toen ik er aan kwam bleek het heel klein te zijn. Daarnaast was er geen raam in de kamer. Daar stond niets over in de "aanbieding"!
