Hotel staff at the reception area named Win has been great helped throughout my stay. the first day I arrived, he recommended a nice cozy and fun place for dinner. i had a great time there as there was LIVE music played all night. We as a visitor need local recommendation! thank you Win !

It was a bit confusing at first as the hotel is situated at the same area as another hotel so i was driving around a bit until i could find the hotel.

Modern, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Decent breakfasts. Proximity to airport. Major shopping malls nearby. Good value for money.

The staffs are friendly and the location is not too bad (close to Nimman Rd, about 5-6 mins).

The bathroom water is a bit stuck. The breastfast was only okay.

Grote kamer met goed bed en fijne badkamer met bad en high tech toilet.

Had wat achterstallig onderhoud hier en daar (bijv de stang van de douche zat maar half vast aan de muur), vrij ver van centrum af dus je moet perse met taxi. Ontbijt was op z’n best matig.

Not valuable for money, it's just standard hotel, not good as it claimed. Free mini bar is only 3 cans in refrigerator and coffee machine, it's very disappointing. Breakfast is also not good as the 4 or 5 star hotel should have, 2 days that we stayed, we choose to eat outside.

The staff in the hotel are super nice all the time. They support us with any help with the big big smile. The room is clean all the time and they changed the towels and refilled any used water too. We are having a great time in these three night and it is one of my best hotels that I had before.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. The hotel has beautiful modern decor and a nice pool. It is in a quieter area which was a nice break from the busier parts of the city. This did make transportation a little bit tricker but wasn’t really issue. It was a very short ride to nearby restaurants- less than 100 bht and about a 15 min Grab to Old City. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Since it’s a smaller hotel and our stay was at a slower time of year, it was very nice to get to know some of the staff a little. The bar tenders went above and beyond making us incredible drinks. Many taxi drivers were much more familiar with the location if we told them Khun Phucome Hotel, which is right next to SYN.

Super clean, comfortable and stylish. We were treated exceptionally well from the moment we arrived. Lots of complimentary gestures which were a nice touch.

Everything is great! 👍 Room is spacious and clean, also nice to have a pool view. The staffs can speak good English! They were very helpful when I had some issues using Grab taxi. Breakfast is in good varieties.

A little away from One Nimman, but that’s totally fine to us. If you go by taxi, only five minutes away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful accommodation and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience, from the moment I arrived I knew I was in for a treat. This place truly exceeded all my expectations, offering a perfect heaven of comfort and relaxation. First and foremost the accommodation itself was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The attention of detail was evident in every corner, from the plush building to the carefully chosen furniture. It felt like a home away from home, provided A cosy and inviting atmosphere that was ideal for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

One of the lights keep on turning off, this was fixed immediately so it was a big deal. The staff were very attentive and were responsive to my request.

Bed, Toilet and Room Spaciousness was very good

The air quality of the room was poor, we all had developed persistent runny nose and dry cough throughout the stay. The air purifier provided in the room was inadequate, due to the spaciousness of the room.

SYN Boutique Hotel is fabulously wonderful! I am still shocked by how they exceeded all my expectations. This is truly the best price-value hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous, clean, amazing and professional staff and the customer service is really 5-star. They await you with an insanely good passion fruit welcome drink, disinfect your phone, you can check in anytime, they have an art gallery, and everything is just so luxurious and high-end. Everything. The room - just wow. It could easily compete with all the big 5-star brands. Even the toilet is electric and high-tech and the minibar usage is free. Also, you can just sense that the owner paid so much attention to detail and has a fantastic taste. Loved it all and I highly recommend this place.

The only thing they could improve is add at least one vegan food option on the menu and lower the bass in the outdoor pool area. The bass of the speaker is very bad - you can feel the “boom” in your body and it’s hard to relax at the pool this way. Just a bit unnecessarily loud and disturbing.
