Facilities at the HOTEL. They were even charging for water saying that normal drinking water is not available ,only Bottled water with MRP + 5Rs is available . Towels were wet and torn . No tooth kit is provided . Very shabby curtain at washroom . No shampoo..

Location, away from traffic and noise

Facilities not maintained well, lift not working, doors were tight and even the staff took 5 mins to open every time, breakfast was complementary per booking but staff asked us to order food ourselves through Swiggy!

Large room with an attached living room with furniture. Electric kettle is provided on request. No disturbance from front desk. Reception and house keeping staff are very helpful.

The breakfast quality was poor. The property is an old building. The furniture are very old. The fridge and Oven are not in good condition. A/c is old and creaking,

We had asked for a split bed beforehand in one room still they had given a queen bed instead of split bed. No hot water facility, geysers dnt work. We had to check out early at 6 and asked them to provide hot water by 5 to which they agreed the previous day.. but the next day we did not get hot water. Rooms are good but facilities are not up to mark.

Location, services, staff were very nice. Very cordial. I traveled with my aged parents and they were happy to assist us at any time.

Some bulbs were missing in the kitchen. Bathroom toiletries could have been provided.

Room was nice and good ambience. big and spacious rooms.

They didn't provide even waterbootle and toiletries.they didn't provide even a dim lite in room. They have brocken toilet and and not higenic. I never recommend for family's .their bed is like a rock it's no comfortable in hall they put soffas without table.they are very careless

Fittings were not working..bathroom shower was constantly on..bulbs / lights were not working and were not replaced..refrigerator not working
