clean apartment location

-to check in i had to chase the host (islam) to get the lockbox pin -we have booked 4 nights and decided to extend the stay with another day so we checked on booking and found the apartment available and called the host to double check he said that the apartment is available yet he will confirm by the end of the day but no news from his end till midnight we even tried to reach him several times but he didn’t answer hence we booked the apartment on booking and once its confirmed he sent us message saying sorry the apartment is not available -after calling him with no response for multiple times we checked with booking and had to change the location (which was not the best option since i had with me my mother, a 5 months old baby and a dog -on the next day the host called us and instead of apologizing he tried to justify why he didnt confirm with us **since he was looking for the guest who will pay more **( i didn’t know which price to give you since its a season in gouna now that’s in case you will pay directly to me and not via booking, i was waiting for a confirmation from another guest before reaching out to you** -bref, he was the most unprofessional rude and one of the worst hosts i have ever dealt with

Everything was better than expected. It is very comfortable apartment, located in the second floor. The view from the balcony is great. Everything is available you don't have to bring bedsheets, covers, toilet paper or towels.

View and facilities with free wifi

Clean, tidy and decorative appartment with good vibes, amazing view and location. It includes all amenties and tools you'd need. Staff were professional and available when needed. Thanks
