This is not entire apartment I book for 2night at RM742 for this Apartment the owner ask me to top up RM480 to open all the Room otherwise only open 1 Master room. After that I decide to book another hotel nearby which is only less than 100 per room for 2person. What we cannot 4get is when open the fridge still have the overnight food inside not clean. Overall is bad experience after I book the and receive a message from client to ask me bank in the deposit up to get back my deposit upon reminding the client. For over RM1k price can get more the choose of hotel.

Not worth the value for this money to paid and get this.

Nearby to 3 major shopping mall...convenient to walk around...very quiet place and safety feature is good...Easily to check in. Very prompt to reply once you are having some problem upon check in.Get to see the pet shop and the breakfast just down the apartment super nice..

If there is more shelter walkway will be easier in case of rain.

Helpful host and attended to our pre stay arrangement and provided us with helpful tips pertaining to the nearby amenities, local food joints, and shopping malls nearby. Very economical and convenient If you have a big family with many family members coming together for a great weekend get-together. This is a spacious apartment to accommodate your needs and a great place to do a gathering. Will be a bit too big for couples or small families.

The self check-in process pertaining to retrieval and entry to the apartment could be more simplified and review. No free WiFi. There are only local Singapore TV programmes made available. No smart TV to stream Netflix, YouTube videos, and paid channels for viewing. Staying at the apartment during the evening could be a bit bored.

The place is family friendly with nearby malls and Food trucks to enjoy till late midnight. The customer service is superb and efficient. Strongly recommended for big families with children and on good savings. Will definitely return for a good holiday!

The property's location is good approximation to 3 shopping centers.

The owner is a con man who stole my deposit of RM400. He kept my deposit ransom for a good review. As i was not interested to give a review. After 8 days of reminding the owner to return my deposit, he kept giving excuses of being busy and begging for review each time. I got fedup and reported to Booking.Com Booking.com got back saying the property owner has reported that i had dismantled his sink (Yes you heard that right), broken a wall socket (the same one which i had noticed and taken a photo and sent via whatsapp to the owner and he had acknowledged he was aware and it was damaged by previous occupants and not to worry about it) etc. All this he claims I did during just one night stay in the property with my family (Apparently people have no better things to do then dismantle sinks in a rented property during an extremely short stop over of a family travel more over having paid damage deposits. Pun intended ).

Love the space, proximity to Aeon Tebrau, Ikea, Toppen Mall and a night funfair nearby. Kevin (our host) was so kind, helpful, detailed and very accommodating. Everythg was a breeze booking with him. Very spacious rooms (we were a family of 8) and parking was right in front of the apartment.

The TV in the MBR couldn't be switched on and the TV in the main living room was a little faulty, too. It didn't affect me much, cos we don't really watch TV much. Just that my dad needs TV everywhere he goes. Hehe.
