Dar Al Tawhid InterContinental no need further introduction as it existed longer than the newer fancier 5* hotel around Haram. It is the place of stay for affluent individuals in recent years. From my perspective, we had a glitch during check in as the system was down. We were given twin room in 15th floor and it was not as per our booking of a king bed. Luckily my wife was adamant for a king room and we were ushered to a king room on the 4th floor whether it met our expectation. We choose one on the 4th floor but given the 1st floor instead with the same configuration. We were tired and exhausted from performing umrah and had to repacking and move to another room later in the evening. It is kind of a hassle considering with the price we paid. Very unprofessional although kudos has to be given to Ammar who try his best sorting the problems. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic. We stayed at Taibah suite in Madinah and cook our own food. So much more fulfilling and satisfyingly than this 5* hotel. As expected by day 3 we couldn't tolerate anymore of the breakfast servings. The only reason to stay in this hotel is its proximity to the haram. Even 20 mins before adzhan we can enter the mosque during dhuhr and asr. But for maghrib and isya have to come at least 30-40 mins. Overall quite happy as easy to go for prayer in masjidil haram which is the one of the main purpose of our visit.
I stay at 3* hotel in Jeddah after checking out from Dar Al Tawhid. Their hospitality are way beyond what i received at this so called 5* hotel. Please do not even reply to this comment.

- الإفطار عالمي ومميز على كثير من الفنادق
- مسجد الفندق التابع والمطل على الحرم
- المكيف يتسبب في مشاكل لانه بارد جدًا جدًا رغم تخفيف درجة البرودة
- مركز الأعمال والمجالس مغلقة ولم نتمكن من دخولها

فريق الاستقبال جدا راقين ومتفهمين وكان تعاملهم فوق الذوق واللطافة والاحترافية، والدتي كبيرة سن والمشي يتعبها وكانو متفهمين لهذا الشيء ووفروا لها طعام الافطار في الغرفة بكل اريحية

موقع الفندق بساحة الحرم مباشرة، بشاشة الموظفين كافة دون استثناء، سهولة التسجيل والمغادرة، الهدوء التام في الممرات واللوبي، وأعجبني نظافة الجناح واتساع الغرف ونظافة الأسرة، وسرعة خدمة الغرف عند الطلب، كما أعجبني تعاون الموظفين الرائع ومساعدتهم لكبار السن، أيضاً توجد عربة قهوة وتمر في اللوبي، المصاعد متعددة وسهلة وسريعة، نظافة المرافق كافة والمصليات، الإفطار متنوع والموظفين في المطاعم بشوشين وخدومين جدا، الأمان عند الإقامة، أمام الفندق ساحة الحرم مباشرة وخلف الفندق سوق الخليل ومطاعم متنوعة.
لا شيء.. ولكن ملاحظة لمن كانت مغادرته يوم الجمعة: يجب الخروج من الفندق مبكراً لأن مخرج الفندق يقع في ساحة الحرم والشرطة تغلق المخرج مبكرا لاستقبال المصلين لصلاة الجمعة ولا يفتح إلا في 2:00 ظهراً.

-تم خصم مبلغ 400 ريال مرتين بالخطأ عند عمل check out من موظف الاستقبال ولم يتم ارجاع المبلغ لحد الآن .
- اغلاق المطعم في فترة الغداء مبكراً س3 !!!

L’hôtel est topissime !
Très satisfaite de cet hôtel! De loin, le meilleur!
Accès hyper pratique au Haram. La porte de l’hôtel est en face de la porte 79! Le personnel de l’accueil est très avenant et gentil! Mention spécial au monsieur de la réception pour le Check out, je le note 100/10! La deco, le calme, le petit déjeuner et service en général, sont parfaits…
J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !
