The cleaner needs to be shown how to clean properly! The owner was brilliant when I complained about confetti underneath the chair seats! We had a one year old with us and the confetti was going all over when we sat in the chairs! But surely this should be checked every time someone leaves? Not just for confetti but for food etc! Behind the bathroom door also needed a better clean. As I said the owner was brilliant sending the cleaner back in but I’d already cleaned it up by then but hopefully the cleaner will check more thoroughly now!

great location close to the city walls and Minster, only a short 10 min walk with the option of walking via the river or park

Parking has to be paid via the apartment to the council, although there was no problem with finding a space on the street, the fee for 2 night's stay only covers the period in the apartment 2.30, on arrival to 10am on leaving. we had to pay for additional parking as we arrived a bit early and at the end of the stay as we wanted to do a bit more shopping. The nearest car park is very expensive and had to wait ages for a parking space as it was so busy.

Clean & tidy. Easy to find. Check-in & check-out instructions are clear.

At the check-out, the keys were to be deposited back to the key safe, with the use of passcodes, etc. that means it was done electronically. I wonder if we are 5 to 10 later than 10 am (the required check-out time), would we be charged £100 for Kate check-out!

Location was very good, silent and elegant. It is far away from city centre walking distance. Also there is a market, pizza store and pubs in walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were 4 person family. It was large enough for us. The table and chairs, couch, TV and armchair was in the living room was comfortable and stylish. They put a welcome package for us which contains tea, coffee, chocolate and milk. The baths, fridge and kitchen were so clean. Utensils and mugs, glasses and plates were enough.

The host sent us an email and told that toilet papers are in welcome pack (which is 3 toilet paper and wasn't enough for a family). There was no paper towels. The pan was very old and its use was harmful from a health point of view (I have picture of it, if you like I can share). For a place of this quality, 2 more rolls of toilet paper should not have been a problem.

Minor thing need new placemats and coasters for the dining table
