Absolutely nothing to like

Noisy area day and night. Dirty and dusty room with strong smoking smell. Trash under the beds. Dust on the counters. Even after cleaning request , nothing changed. Bed shits were with stain. We found old towels under the sink and in the room behind curtain. Hallways are without air circulation, with strong smell of dirt. We had a toddler and asked about an extra accommodation - they didn t give us any extra bed even though it says free on the online booking. Absolutely no compliance with Covid regulations. Poor breakfast at restaurant. Food worker give us food without wearing gloves. After 2 night we decided to move out. They charged us for 2 nights for the amount we would pay for the nice hotel at city center. ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend if you plan family trip especially with young kid. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars at all. Istanbul is full of hotels, my suggestion is better to arrive first and find a right one by seeing rooms by oneself. We found nice and clean one even cheaper than Grand Asyian. That was honest review and hope helps travelers to not to make wrong choice. Thank you if you read it.
