Suitable for one person, not a couple

We liked the location and the price.

We had a double room and a single room. The bed was unconformable and we were scared it would break, every time we moved. In the single room we had problems with ants and in the double room silver fish.

The property location was nice. The staff was friendly and they allowed us to leave our backpacks there after checkout and even wait there in the lobby for our car to pick us up. Highly recommended!!

This was a lovely hotel, with a huge room and exceptionally helpful staff.

I wasn’t expecting the room to basically be a little apartment, with two beds, a small living area with TV, bathroom, and kitchenette. I was very pleasantly surprised by this! The price was exceptional for this.

The location is not the best. I was nervous walking from the bus stop to the hotel because the street is not well lit. The floors also felt dirty, I would not be barefoot in the floors. The shower did not work well either, the handle fell off of the wall multiple times.

Breakfast is ok, but i Like more egg omlett and ham.

The location is very convenient to visit the city. The reception is open 24 hours and the receptionist who attended most of the time she was really kind. The building is interesting, so are the rooms. The bathroom was big, was clean, warm and complete.

The cleanningness was too poor. Stains on the walls, dust bunnies bigger than mice under the bed. The bed was not the best, the pillows were like an empty sac of fabric.

Turkish guy at the reception was incredibly pushy and disrespectful: you are getting paid to work for the guest, not make fun of them!!! Tv and wi-fi were not working Bed was not very comfortable

The staff are incredible especially Paulina and Natalya. These two ladies are the core of this hotel. They are exceptionally nice and courteous. The room I had was warm and spacious. The location is perfect bus and tram station 1 minute walk from hotel.

Internet wasn’t working so well but the politeness of the staff superseded that.

The hotel is very well located, close to Prater and Praterstern, from where you have good connections to the airport and city center. The staff members are polite, well trained and helpful. Breakfast looks great, even if I didn't have it I would advise to take it Very clean rooms and bathrooms/toilet. Rooms were heated very pleasantly, so it is so nice to relax in the evening. Bed is very comfortable. Refrigerator and water heater are very big plusses. Thank you for your help and for a wonderful stay in beautiful Vienna! ❤️

Tv and wi-fi were not working in my room, but these are not so important problems for me.
