Awesome view & great staff!

Lovely hotel and great location. Views are to die for!

Could only stay one night but arranged that on my last evening I stay here again!

Location is super and views are spectacular. Staff were so attentive and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and a different menu each morning. Room was very comfortable and facilities were great

Everything about Villa Renos is just exceptional. Starting from the location. Right in Fira but you can easily escape the sunset crowds on your own private balcony or at Villa Renos' own Bar&Café with the most spectacular sunset views (If you have a private jacuzzi on your balcony even better). The staff are exceptionally friendly, funny, helpful and just amazing. The breakfast is fantastic! Prepared in their own little kitchen, which must have formerly been the living area of the house before it became a hotel. I can only recommend to stay there and experience it yourself!

The localisation of the apartment was perfect - in the centre of city Thira. The hotel arranged for us transport from/to the airport. During the check-in we was given a 'welcome drink' what was very pleasant after the flight. The view from the terrace (and jacuzzi) was brilliant - we could observe the sunset with a glass of.. everything :) in our private terrace, no need to smash in crowded areas. The room was nice and clean, quite big bathroom with very big shower. Breakfast was rather classical, but good and fresh. I can definitely recommend this apartment !

In general everything was fine.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was GREAT! The view is stunning (better than the pictures!), the balcony is so nice and I can enjoy the best sunset without going out, breakfast especially there home made desserts (different every day) is tasty, staffs are very friendly besides it’s well located in the enter of Fira but not noisy at night.

Excellent stay in April. Bill and his team run a fantastic hotel in an ideal location with a panoramic view of the Caldera. rooms are spacious and breakfast was plentiful. highly recommend Villa Renos for a relaxing break in Santorini

The breakfast at the Villa Renos was exceptional, like a full meal with several courses! Delicious homemade "starters" like potato omelette or spinach and feta in filo pastry - all home-made. (We were given a different starter every day.) There was also fresh fruit (with yogurt and honey if desired), toast and preserves, fresh orange juice, chocolate marble cake and to crown it all, a little dessert to finish. All graciously presented in a lovely little breakfast room. I have never had a hotel breakfast like it before. Wonderful. The room I had was simply and beautifully decorated and led onto a balcony which had those outstanding views over the caldera that everyone dreams of looking onto. Last but not least, the hotel's owner, Vassilis, and his staff were at all times helpful and friendly. Vassilis was always ready to provide information about places to see or restaurants on the island and was very attentive to the comfort and needs of his guests.

There is nothing at all about the Hotel Villa Renos that I didn't like. There are steps down to the hotel which might be difficult for those with less mobility, but steps are part of life in Santorini.

It’s a wonderful place to stay in Tira! location is perfect and the views are amazing!!! though it was not my first trip to Greece, it’s was for the first time when I saw such a beautiful sunsets! very very helpful staff, each guest gets everything and you fill like staying at your best friends:) thank you!!!!

Location was amazing

I had a lovely stay at hotel Renos. Starting from the wonderful service, excellent cook, welcoming owner. The breakfast was awesome, the location is also perfect. The room was very clean with all needed facilities, comfortable and nice interior design. Room service was also available, reception is always open and to you. The view is stunning. You have the sunset view from your apartment:)

It was a shared pool for my room, so I would choose another room maybe next time.

Love the location and the caldera view with the private hot tub facing the sea is gorgeous .. the staff were exceptional.. they helped make our vacation memorable 💕

We loved everything, Bill and all his team made the stay amazing and they made us feel super comfortable and happy. The breakfasts were delicious every morning and the room was super comfortable and the views were the best views in town. The hotel was located in a perfect location as it was very central and accesible. Definitely would go back! Thanks so much for all !!

Excellent location with a magnificent view to the caldera. I had a room with a private jacuzzi which was fantastic. Really enjoyed the room with its proximity to bars, restaurants, shops and also the local Ktel bus stop of Fira (5min). Breakfast was served on a terrasse and was excellent with different options every day. The pool was used jointly but people stayed always short time so there were no issues about access or enjoying a quiet moment. Would definitely stay here again :)

Location, you have sunset view in August right outside your own balcony which has a hot tub and sun beds. Close to everything yet you still get privacy. Excellent breakfast (except the coffee, sorry!;) which includes Greek specialties served outdoors overlooking the caldera. Reception is helpful in booking tours or with anything you need. Great cocktails from the bar, we also got complimentary drinks upon arrival which is not very common anymore these days.

We had room number one and we could hear chairs being moved on the upper floor. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room "due to covid". Booking.com should update their information since this is a factor we consider when booking a property. We love a cup of coffee first thing in the morning in our room way before breakfast time.
