I booked with booking.com the price was low.but though it was a deal.
Travel all the way from pv to day and across Colima.
Got here after the booking was confirm and checked emails to see if there was a price issue nope.
Got the to places and was refused entre.daid the money not been taken bollocks I have proof of it and he turn me away.not even a sorry or offer a discount.
What kind of people are they.make you think about the other reviews.

The shared garden space was a bonus. We traveled with our dog, and it was nice to sit in the garden with her.

The courtyard was awesome and rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

They run 2 of my credit cards several times without my consent. My bank called me from the States, and I had to cancel both suspecting fraud.
I booked 3 rooms for my son weeding. The rooms were ok.
The staff, especially the Lady manager, she was in bad humor practically all time.
Bad customer assistance.
They don't have any training for international customers.
They ruined 2 of my favorites credit cards.
Pay cash if you decided to stay there.

The owners were kind and helpful. it was an easy walk to the main square. We took a tour with Jupiter, so it made it an easy starting point. it felt very safe and it was fun to use the outside swing bed. their cleaner was amazing.
The windows to the streets had shades, but the street light still came in. if you are a light sleeper it might bother you.
