朝食のスープが日替わりで美味しくて何度もお代わりしました。ごぼうと鶏肉のスープは特に美味しかったです。パン（バター、ジャム）もコーヒー紅茶、牛乳もあり、シンプルですがこの値段で朝食も付いていて大満足でした！

疲れ果てて寝れば大丈夫ですが、夜中に外人が騒いでいたようです。

Good location close to Nippori Station with easy access to Narita Airport, Ueno, Tokyo Station etc. Reasonably spacious and well cleaned for the price.

Breakfast was toast only, and the toasters didn't work very well.

The location! not too far from Nippori station, and close to Sendagi station. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants including the ones in famous walking street. The facilities are as expected.

ロケーションが下町って感じで静かで良かった。朝食のパンとコーヒーとスープが美味しかった。別でオーダーしたミニサラダとスクランブルエッグも良かったです。部屋は和室で、壁が厚く静かで、家族４人がゆっくり寝れました。チェックイン・アウトもスムーズで、それでいてコスパ最高です。

洗面所とシャワールームが男女一緒でしたが、女性の方は抵抗はないのかなと思いました。階で分けるとか・・・

部屋に置いてあるタオルがバスタオル1枚だったのでもう1枚あると助かります。

The location was nice, in a nice neighborhood. The price was ok.

The room was very small for 3 people, there was almost no place to put our stuff. It was the worse mattress of all our days in Japan. The “breakfast” was just a toast with butter and tea. You can’t bring food from the outside, and there is no place you can eat your own food. Place with hostel vibes but hotel rules.

Situé dans le plus beau quartier à yanaka ,à 15mns à pied de la station nippori( yamanote). Guesthouse économique avec pdj basic. Bien pour chambre de 2 mais pas 3 car trop petit.

Located in a cozy neighbourhood within a walking distance from JR and subway stations. Our (spacious!) room with a tiny balcony had a bunk bed and a couch, which turned to a comfy double bed. Simple breakfast (toast+jam/butter, soup, GOOD coffee, tea) was included.

No kettle in room.

Personal was really great. Helped me with Japanese data SIM. Locality is great. Narrow nice streets. I was lost few times. :-D Restaurant/bar in hotel- various beers.

Shared bathroom was little creepy for my first time trip. :-D But if you do not mind people are friendly enough - foreigners and locals both. Also on weekend might hear people going back from bars in hotel corridors and if they fall asleep in room and room mate has no key you will hear it as I did. :-) But it is Japan not Czechia...it was very calm and polite. :-) Breakfast really basic - toast, butter, jam, coffee, soup...

I was looking for a very affordable place to stay overnight before catching my train back to my city, and found a room here with good price. The room looked a bit mesy, but it is a hostel so i think it was okay. The staff were super friendly, the only negative thing is that is located a bit far from the nippori station.

Big room, comfy bed and shared facilities were kept clean. Nice free breakfast included with the option to buy extras from the cafe.

It was in a surprisingly good location, as long as you're willing to put in the work to push/pull your luggage to the hotel. This area is very retro and homey - I enjoyed the nearby shops and restaurants immensely. In the hotel, they have luggage storage, and a quick check in. The staff are very helpful and from what I can see, all speak English. I got a twin bunk room to myself (which I asked and paid for), and luckily they put me on the top floor in the quietest room. Shower stalls are coed, but quite comfortable with shampoo/body soap provided, and I never had to wait. Bed is adequately comfortable, with pillow and towel provided. The cafe downstairs is open 24 hours with great wifi, with an open kitchen for whenever you get the nibbles. They also partner with a farmhouse, which provides some fresh ingredients, including herb teas. As I work on US time, I utilized the cafe through the night for work and meetings - very handy. Laundry is also on site - just ask the front desk for change, and detergent is provided.

Wifi in the room was nonexistent. Having to stick your room key for lights was a bit annoying. I don't think my outlet in the bunk bed cubby worked. I had to charge my phone separately from the socket near the couch, which was inconvenient. Laundry is expensive - it cost me 800 yen (roughly $7 USD) to do 1 load of washing and drying. The first night in the cafe was loud, and I had to camp out in the private party room that the cafe had because I had meetings going. This also costs 1000 yen to rent, which I understand, but at the same time, I wish the cafe had told them to quiet down during quiet hours.
