Il caldo delle stanze non regolabile…

The hotel is nice, every room that was offered to me had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast is better than some 5 stars I have tried in Istanbul. A great plus for me, which will make me come again soon, is that they accept dogs and don’t charge any additional fee. Sauna and gym are very nice and equipped!

Unfortunately steam room was under maintenance and massages not available, but I will try the next time:)

I liked all aspects of the hotel it was comfortable in every way and was great to be close to Fisekhane in walking distance.

Zimmer war recht groß, leider Bad und WC renovierungsbedürftig. Die Sofa für dritte Person, bzw Kind war Katastrophal. Im zimmer etwas zu laut, da wir die Seite mit Blick auf Bosphorus und Hauptstraße hatten.

Location, view, seaside walk and free parking.

Everything was good except my room AC wasn’t that cold, and they promised to fix it soon 👍🏽

The location by the sea was the most i liked about this property

The property is over consumed and needs some renewal. From the outside it looks nice but the inside of rooms require more renewals

I like everything about the hotel, the location, cleanliness, view and staff. all the staff were very helpful they were very cooperative and they did everything they could to make us comfortable.

the AC is shut off during the cold season

The location was convenient for my purpose. The views from my room were great. The cleaners were good.

The restaurant was the worst ever experienced. The omelette bar was burning oil and the extractor was not working properly. The smell of smoke was everywhere as far as the lobby. The staff didn't seem to mind and did not take any sort of complaint very seriously. The indifference by staff was the most annoying! A few people I met were also unhappy about the staff attitude and their lack of responses to various issues. Its always the headoffice issue. Yes we will sort it out with a smile and no action whatsoever. Never again at this hotel. Its a shame. As the location is good, generally clean with a very poor management.

When we arrived the room was ready. The location was great and the cleanliness was excellent. Will surely book again.

Not all amenities replaced e.g Tea, shower gel, Toilet paper. Had to request.

Most of all the staff, the most amazing staff I’d experienced before the Manager was above and beyond he was extremely nice, supportive, polite, helpful, efficient and attentive. Assistant Manager Ibrahim Gezer was also extremely polite and sweet totally worth it to stay there again! Just because if then and all the girls at the reception same thing!!! Love them all !

I think Accord need to get a hand on this hotel to renovate a little, carpets, toilets in general,

It was my second stay in this hotel. I really like the location and surrounding. It's not super close to the city center, but worth it. The hotel has everything you may possibly need, the breakfast has a lot of variations. And the beds are comfortable.

The only thing bothered us a lot is that outside of the hotel there's a parking lot, where I assume young guys like to hang out with loud music. It's not related to the hotel, but unfortunately we could hear the music very well.
