10點就得退房。 前台人員的英文口音有點難懂。可能我學藝不精。

フロントの男性の対応がきめ細やかで親切でした。荷物の量を見てすぐ台車を出してくださるなど。またランドリーが充実していたのが素晴らしかったです。二度目ですがまた利用したいと思いました。

シャトルバスが小さいことくらいでしょうか。激混みで最終バス乗れるかドキドキしました…。

The front desk and airport shuttle was convenient. Our flight arrived late and we were able to check in without problems. If you're ordering a wifi device, they are also good at making sure you receive your packages. The directions on their website allowed us to locate the shuttle pick up area without problems. Hotel staff were always friendly and accommodating, they even loaned us some sturdy umbrellas when it was raining. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, I consider them quite large relative to other Japanese hotels I've stayed at. The location was nice, if you enjoy watching planes take off then this is a good place to stay. It's right across from Haneda airport. The nearest train station is a 15 minute walk away (Kojimashinden station). I've stayed here on 2 occasions so far and I've been consistently happy with my experience. Will definitely stay here again.

I haven't had this issue myself, but if you're arriving by train and have a lot of luggage, the walk from the train station can be long.

非常有品味，环保，喜欢房间的一切，喜欢从窗户看出去多摩川的夜景，员工的英文很好。

如果从羽田机场能有班车接过来就更好了。 房间里没有浴缸有点遗憾，我有点社恐，不想一个人去公共浴池，就没有体验，看起来真的很不错。

It's in the middle of nowhere, if you need to go somewhere you need to count on taxi or their shuttle bus.

V close to the airport, which was handy as we flew in at 10.30pm and getting through customs took AGES. They say check in is until midnight so I got cold sweats trying to call to warn them that we would be delayed and nobody was picking up. Thankfully there was somebody still at reception (there’s actually somebody there all night) and it’s only the front doors that close and you have to ring the bell. We also liked the public bath, which closes at 1am. A Japanese style good scrub then a hot soak after a long flight : nothing better.

The rooms are tiny and a little tired. But ok for 1 night.

フロントは広い空間で、カフェや、卓球の設備、など、気ままに楽しめました。 目的の羽田空港飛行機の発着もみれ、時折ホテル上空の接近飛行が見れてうれしかったです。 お部屋も清潔感あり、私は朝食だけでしたが、種類も多く満足でした。 夕食を食べた人も、朝夕食ともとても美味しかったと話しているのが聞こえました。また、利用したいです。

梅雨明け間もないときだったので、ホテルの前の河原の草がすごく、散歩や、飛行機の写真撮るとき、もう少しスッキリしていたらなと思いましたが、ここはホテルの敷地ではないので、しょうがないですね😆

There was no hanging hooks in the bathroom

We chose this hotel because it is a stone throw away from the airport and we had an annoyingly early flight. The hotel has more spacious rooms than regular Japanese hotel rooms and it has very nice facilities like a walking path in front of a river and a big and cozy onsen. The room was also equipped with nice and thoughtful decoration with plenty of drawers and shelves filled with useful tools. Our room also had a very pleasant river view. Overall it was a very good experience to reach the airport within 10 minutes with a free morning shuttle (terminal 3 is the closest, other terminals are also acessible within 15-20 mins with the same shuttle). It is very good for people who want to stay nearby the airport but for exploring Tokyo, the location is a bit far. They provide a free shuttle every hour from and to Kawasaki Station as well and there you can reach Ueno in 25 minutes and Shibuya/Harajuku/Shinkuku area in 35-40 minutes.

The shuttle from Kawasaki station could be more frequent because the access by train or taxi by yourself is a bit messier or expensive.

羽田から朝早い出発で、ホテルからのバスが出ているので心配なく泊まれた。大浴場もきれいで、ゆっくりできた。洗濯機もある。

友人と泊まるのでダブルでなく、ツインでと言ってあったのに、ダブルだったから変えてもらったけど、フロントが混んでいたら、かなり待たなければならない感じ。

Really modern and large hotel, rooms were regular size for a Japanese hotel and the downstairs restaurant were great.

The desk person checking us in didn't give me my change, we were then contacted by the front desk to collect it but then told it was given to a 'friend' of the party I was travelling with. All people in my booking confirmed they didn't get the change. It was a small amount so didn't care to labour the point, as the desk clerk was also in training at the time.

The hotel was close to the airport making it very convenient. The rooms were great for an overnight stay. The restaurant in the lobby was a friendly dining experience, great food.

The rooms were small- as expected but it was okay for a short stay. The beds were hard which I personally prefer and the blankets were heavy and just right. The bathroom was spacious and the amenities were satisfactory. The best part was the nice view from the hotel room of the river and airport. It's a very quiet area so you can really relax and unwind before your departure from Japan. The breakfast was alright, there were a lot of options in general but if you are vegetarian or vegan, you should probably bring your own meals or ask if the hotel can prepare something for you in advance. There is a 7/11 not too far from the hotel but it closes at night on weekends at least.

It's quite a distance from Kawasaki Station which is the main station in the area. The shuttle bus is very appreciated! It only runs once an hour so you have to be mindful not the miss the bus. We took the local bus once and it's a very long ride and then about a 5-7min walk to the hotel from the bus stop. There's nothing in the area aside from businesses and residences. So if you're looking to have easy access to the town, this is the place to stay. It's perfect for spending a slow day/night before departing.

The staff was very kind, and the facility was spotless. The public bath was also clean, and the small Japanese garden was beautiful .

Breakfast was expensive.  Instead of eating at the hotel, I went to the SevenEleven nearby. It's just 2 munites walkway.

Hotel liegt 15 Fahrminuten mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle Bus vom Flughafen Tokio-Haneda entfernt auf der anderen Seite des Tama Flusses in einem Gewerbegebiet. Komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer mit super Aussicht auf den Flughafen und den Fluss. Shuttle bedient die Terminals 1-3 sowie den Bahnhof Kawasaki. Seven Eleven um die Ecke. Gute Joggingmöglichkeiten.

Shuttle holt Hotelgäste NUR an den Terminals 1 und 2 ab und fährt am Terminal 3 ohne verstehbaren Grund durch.

Great location with easy access from Haneda after arriving late. Hot public baths was a nice feature to help relax after a long flight.
