Great location and value for money with a great bar downstairs

very dirty- stains on carpet, tv was hanging of wall, blood stains in shower, bedding stank, damp on the walls and the toilet was broken. When at the bar we ordered two drinks- the bartender made them wrong, didn’t offer to remake them after admitting he was wrong- claimed he wouldn’t charge us for them but made us pay £16. Around 11pm upon returning back to the hotel, we were left a key to let ourselves back in- the key didn’t work. We were stuck outside for half an hour, was only when another customer staying there had to come get us. I has rang for help and knocked on the door and we were completely ignored and left outside in the cold. Disgusting hotel.

The location was great and a key to get in after hours.

The beds were broken. One mattress was propped up by a plank of wood. Bathroom/shower was small and dirty. Fixtures broken in bathroom. Stains on table, chair was broken. Burn and stains on the carpet. Would not recommend.

The fact it was a nice walk to Ally Pally.

As we entered the pub downstairs everyone stopped what they were doing and started looking at us, the bar staff just ignored us for a good few minutes, once we'd paid and made our way upto the room a few lads at the back of the pub starting hurling abuse at us and told us how the rats are massive upstairs. The room we got was tiny and also not clean, the bed was the noisiest bed I've ever slept on, tv didn't have the aerial plugged in as it was all broken. Only plus was we didn't need to go back through the pub to get out of the hotel.

Good location- close to station on Piccadilly line. Lots of shops around and because there is a mini fridge in the room we were able to get some extra snacks in. Staff were friendly and when we did have a problem, it was put right quickly.

Some of the furnishings in the room were a bit damaged (broken clothes rail, etc), but there were enough hooks on the doors to make up for it. Nothing major.

Bathroom had as much room as a full matchbox, wallpaper was bespokely ripped, carpet was dirty and old, fridge was warmer than the room, kettle was pre filled and did not feel safe in the bar. Would not bring kids here.

The stuff at the recepción and cleaners and nice people.

The sink was broken. The bed was not comfortable.

Heating system not working.

The staff was very helpful, Raj took care of us and went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed.

Comfortable bed, Good shower, great location, great food places nearby. No noise from Bar downstairs and it was open with quite a few people in. Good pint and pool table too. Friendly staff who are helpful. Room itself was spacious, clean and I didnt want to leave.

Wonderful Hotel and very clean and spacious rooms.Manager Kulan and Raju at the front desk was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door.Overall its a great experience...would love to come back

The bed was comfortable

The rooms were awful, damp stains, carpet was torn in places, bathrooms are tiny couldn't even close the door to use toilet, wallpaper peeled off in the bedrooms, TV was broken. Overall not a great stay. Conveniently located for alexandra palace around 8 pound for an uber. I wasn't expecting much due to other reviews however I wasn't expecting it too be this bad. We had 3 rooms too and they were all as bad as one another, get what you pay for I suppose lesson learnt. Positives- bar downstairs was super cheap and nice drinks / good pint and bar man was nice.

love this place for its ease of access day or night via the fire escape and garden. it is basic but clean and comfortable enough for a night or two.

the tv was broken and some of the fittings. simple fixes and would make it feel better.
