At first we had a double room and not a twin as requested via booking.com However the host promised to sort out another bed and did. So, very pleased with their response in sorting things out.

Room and bedding was all clean, however was mould on the wall, but as we were there for just the night didn't really bother us.

Lovely staff! Nice and clean small room. Very short distance to Underground & DLR stations. Good value for money. Only a short ride on the underground to get into central London.

Quite a lot of noise from the street during the night. Mattresses very soft, so would have got a back ache if I had stayed for several days. No table in room.

We got keys for both main entrance and your room. Could come and go anytime. Staff were very nice. Room was comfortable with heating & comfy bed. Communal kitchen facilities were outstanding with fridge, microwave, hob, crockeries. Breakfast items were free.

Pretty rude young receptionist, who only agreed to keep my daughter's suitcase for 5 gbp after check out. With cash only. :) No, thanks. It has to be written clearly in terms and conditions, they don't provide any luggage storage, or if they do, pay with cash only. We didn't have any cash on us, we only use cards when travel. Disappointing. Also very dirty kitchen and the whole hotel.

It is easy to get to this hotel by public transport.Next to food shops,bus stops and within 2-3 mins of walk to tube/DLR. Friendly and supportive staff. They have a spacious kitchen with all nessesary utensils,so,you can cook for yourself here. Coffee,teabags,milk,bread,eggs,butter,jams,varieties of fruits and musli/porridge.No need to go out for your Breakfast or Lunch,and it's included in your room price. Defenitely recommend.

The room is very clean. Everything needed is basically provided. The shower room is clean too. The staff is friendly. It was really nice that they provided guests with free biscuits, chips, eggs, bread, tea and milk. It is located near to a bus station.

The nearest tube station is quite far away and the property is located a great distance from city centre. It took 40 mins by tube and 1hr+ by bus. The kitchen is organized but could’ve been cleaner. There’s a time frame to use the kitchen.

I booked two rooms ( a single and a double)for two nights some five months before our visit. When we got there, the recepcionist told us that they had some kind of problem and they can't provide us the single room, but he put another bed in the double room so we can be together. In reality, the "extra bed" was a mattress on the floor, and when I told him it's not a bed, just a mattress, he tried to convince me that I'm wrong, it is a bed. I had to be a bit aggressive (only in words) to convince him that a mattress is not a bed. In the end, he offered me to give me a single room in another hotel for the second night, if we agree to spend the first night all 3 of us in that one room. The second day there was another receptionist, who was a very nice and polite person. I would not go back there ever again.

Amazing. One of only kind of hotel where you can have free breakfast during your stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tube, DLR and busses a close and easy to reach.

I have never been to a place this dirty. It was disgusting. The entire grout in the bathroom was moldy and I think the bed has never been moved to vacuum. Walls and baseboards were filthy. Only one towel per person. No hand towels. The bed is way to small for two adults and the matress was worn out.

Good location, room was better than the outside promised. Other guests quiet.

Road noise was very present even with windows closed. No kettle in the room. No sockets near the bed. Some hair in the shower. Bedlinen/towels not changed.
