Bad room arquitecture, without windows

The bed is super soft and big. Love it! Everything was super clean and the bathroom was amazing..the bathtub was the best time. Although i didn't know how to turn it on.

There was not a direct person to provide the breakfast i had to look for the front desk employee.

The location was good. The hotel is close to the San Antonio park and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes. Also, the main touristic activities are within walking distance, just remember to always walk by the river, it's safer, especially when you're going towards the Ermita church.

We spent there 4 days and every night there was an awful smell on the third floor and also in the romm's bathroom. The cleaning lady will put something to make it better and it worked but just for a couple hours and then it was back again, my guess is that the smell came from the pipes.

It's too noisy, you literally can hear everything from outside. Also the wifi doesn't work.

The staff were OK, given the hotel

Breakfast, you were only ALLOWED no more than two small cups of coffee. The portion size of the breakfast was miniscule unless you asked for a larger portion. The location of our first room was absolutely dreadful and at one point at midnight I had to go and ask for a quieter room because it was extremely noisy outside, and that was the third night of constant noise. The WiFi and TV did not work properly, as well as everything else in the room eg hairdryer, shower and fridge did not work! Don't be fooled by the pictures as the reality of this hotel does not reflect actually what it is like! As a cheap backpackers place, it is adequate, but apart from that, book at your own peril!!!!!

Room was a bit old and the hotel is next to the road with very heavy traffic. But I got used to it.

The breakfast was your typical breakfast nothing exciting but overall was good. Location is good noise level is a little high but was okay. The second room was much better than the first one. I do appreciate that the CS Manager Tony put forth the effort

The hotel staff was not very friendly and inattentive. Once a complaint was lodged they attitudes changed. Tony was excellent I can not say the same for the front desk staff. The first room smelled musky, damp, mildew and the light in bathroom flickered always no windows was like a jail cell. Complained and was moved to a better room with a window

when I booked through booking I put spa tub, breakfast in the filter, this hotel showed up on my choices, I clicked on the room available and it showed a hot tub outside,when I went to the hotel I assumed the hot tub was out on the balcony of my room like my previous stays at other hotels, the hot tub was in the bathroom, the photo of my room was misleading, I believe it was missed placed, I don’t know if that was intentional or accidental. that is something that needs to be corrected,I found an outdoor hot tub on the fourth floor that resembled what I saw in the picture,It looked as if it hasn’t been used in quite a while and looked a bit worn, Breakfast was the same choices every day,
