We got free water every day, it was always clean, there’s a washing machine where you just pay 500 yen to wash your and dry your clothes(!), vending machine on 2nd floor, the staff was super nice, and we had a good size room (double room). Only an 8 minute walk to Shinagawa station, and convenience stores all around the area.

The only two things I could think of was that the walls are a little bit thin, so you could hear people walking or talking, and the beds could be comfier.

Great location for access to train services, clean room and big for Tokyo plus friendly, helpful staff.

The beds could be more comfortable (very hard) and the breakfast is a little strange - no cereals and tiny portion of eggs provided with mashed potato.

Perfect last night stay before heading back to the UK. Twin double beds in the room which was great for my son and I. Able to leave luggage after check out (11am) and collect when we headed to airport(2000 hrs)

The location and value for money are excellent. Being able to walk down the hill to Shinagawa station and also having the convenience store just across the road in another hotel were a bonus. The room has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable.

For a longer stay, you might need to purchase breakfast elsewhere as it is the same everyday- 2 small sausages, 2 small rashers of bacon, some mashed potato, and a small amount of scrambled egg served to everyone with a breakfast ticket. There is a buffet with small croissants, bread rolls, beef curry, rice, and onion soup. You can have some yogurt with strawberry/blueberry jam. There is tea, coffee, orange juice, and water available. Some fresh fruit would have been good. You have the convenience store close by so if you are staying for an extended period you can always purchase other items.

Nice place very close to Shinagawa station. We stayed for one night after a long flight and before taking the Shinkansen to Osaka the next morning. For a one night stay, close to Haneda Airport and a Shinkansen line, it was great. Right next to the hotel is a great convenience store which we used for dinner and breakfast and were very satisfied.

The room isn't very big but it suited our needs just fine. Unfortunately paying with Google Pay wasn't an option.
