Spacious room and well-cleaned. All staff is attentive and helpful. Buffet breakfast with a variety of choices.

Only 1 western restaurant and no restaurants nearby. We must take MTR to other stations for meals.

Shower room is leaking, Only one roll of toilet paper, No hook hanger for bath towels in bath room coz the walls are of weak glass!

The room is quiet enough with high quality view. Besides that, the bed is so soft to let you sleep soon. The breakfast, esp some breads, are so attractive.

The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were immaculate. The staff was very courteous.

The location is excellent, near to train station which less than 5 mins walking distance. The train station is a Line 1 station make it easily accessible to a lot of popular tourism location without changing Line. The room is clean, spacious and the staff are friendly and informative.

Staff won't pick up the phone pool wasn't Open. Service robot's are only for show they don't do anything. Pool isn't even high up it's just 4th floor It's a bot misleading it's not really 5 star 4 star but Even then communication of staff was very poor they just pick up the phone.
