Fanari seems to be the best view! We stayed in the Saint Anna room, and there was no guests walking by, as each Room has an ammmmaaazing hot tub overlooking the Caldera! I mean, this was amazing! You can sit in a hot tub, sipping wine, looking at the sunset or jus te joying the view. You are right near there path to the donkey rides, old port and in the shopping area, but still so quiet! Loved it!

Unreal caldera and sunset view , hotel room was beautiful and the staff were very attentive - would come back again!

The breakfast could have been from 8am - we unfortunately had to leave earlier than expected due to ferry cancellations and therefore missed breakfast as the breakfast didn’t start till 9am- quite late for a hotel as some people also do day trips !

The view was spectacular! It's easily the best sunset view on the island. Anyone who says Oia is nicer or has nicer sunsets has never seen the sunset from their own private jacuzzi at Fanari Vista Suites. The restuarant upstairs will bring food down to your room if you don't want to go up to the restaurant. They also give you 20% off at the restaurant, so I highly recommend it (particularly the lamb kleftiko). Breakfast is great - one of the best I've had in any hotel, and it is brought to your patio every morning. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal. There are so many things to do within immediate walking distance that you'll never feel the need to venture far unless you want to.

The bed was a little firm and the pillows were a little soft. Those are the only improvements I can think of. Everything else was great!

The decor is just a bit dated

Fabulous central location with stunning views of the Caldera. The hotel room itself was very quaint and to a very high standard. Nice having your private jacuzzi. truly outstanding breakfast. Mary was wonderful looking after all of our arrangements and trips, whilst Supermen Toni and Sonny were lifesavers helping with our bags up and down the cliff face walks to the taxi.

A comment about Fira generally, not the place to visit if you are not fully abled or older, the hills and steps are extremely challenging. Whilst the hotel rooms are well insulated, Fira nightlife continues until very late.

The view was incredible. Hotel is in the heart of Fira. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time. The gentleman who helped with the luggage and brought our breakfast each morning was very helpful. The hot tub was awesome!

Lots of stairs but well worth the view. Initially found the donkeys charming but ultimately felt bad for them.

Absolutely fantastic view of the Caldera, polite staff, comfortable bed and clean bedding & towels everyday. Well stocked hotel amenities and the breakfast was delicious.

Would have preferred more storage space, however in the design of the “cave style” room it wouldn’t work, therefore it was a fair price to pay for such a lovely room!

Lately I choose hotels based on ratings and comments so I think it's important to be honest to help other people in their choice. As wonderful as the stay was and amazing how Maria is, all the staff were helpful and kind, there are things to improve, but the location is wonderful, the view great, impeccable cleanliness and delicious breakfast! Thank you beautiful and sweet Maria and all the staff, including the guy who took our bags thank you!❤️

I agree with a review on here that said the bushes are tall and block the view. The bathrobe and towels were great on the first day but on the others they were very old but very old indeed! The bedroom balcony is not completely private because all guests pass in front and the sides are semi open so you can see the neighbors, if you want more privacy get the last suite I got the first one so everyone passed in front. But tourists don't enter this is wonderful! It doesn't have many amenities, it doesn't have a toothbrush, hair brush, toothpaste or shaver, take your kity👌

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Fanari Vista Suites. Dora ensured we had everything we needed during our stay; her and the other staff were so helpful. The view from the balcony and private hot tub were superb as well as the fantastic breakfasts delivered to us every morning.

This place is amazing and Dora is just the perfect host that I ever met. She's always ready to help you in everything you need. 10 point just cause I cannot give 100. The view is unbelievable and both Dora and the staff are always ready to support every request. Best choice in Santorini. If I'll have chance to come again to this wonderful island for sure I'll choose again Fanari Vista Suites.

It could not have been better! Perfect location in the middle of Fira, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an own jacuzzi with a beautiful view to the see. We received our breakfast directly to our room.

Everything was perfect

All of the staff were excellent! Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Dora made it a priority to make sure we had all of our questions answered and her inviting nature made our stay so much more memorable. The views are unreal I don’t think it can get better than this, at least in Fira! The rooms were very large and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean. The breakfast was very rich and the restaurant on top of the rooms serves really tasty food. Make sure you visit it at least once and try the stuffed calamari! We’ll definitely be coming back when we are back in Santorini!

Staying for the second time after a great experience last year. Management took good note of a small remark I made and actually implemented it, which tells any reader of this review how they deal with what you say. It is refreshing that in such a touristic hot spot like Santorini there are still places where a tourist is treated like a human being and listened to. Dora really goes way and beyond whatever she can to make one's stay as perfect and memorable as possible, all the time carrying an energy and enthusiasm which makes it obvious that it is coming out naturally. This surely extends to the rest of the team. Overall experience was superb with only upsides. I surely hope to have the chance to go again next year. If you cannot afford or are staying somewhere else try the restaurant, every single dish I had there was delicious and it is an absolute treat to have such a restaurant in this hotel.

Dora and her team were fantastic, they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. They helped me plan my trip, recommended places to visit, helped me with the PCR test & arrange transportation. They even accommodated my poached eggs request. You need to walk from main road to the property which I think common on Santorini. Though hotel staff helped us to pick our luggage & guided to property.

The only thing there was no privacy in bedroom as there is a big open window in middle wall which we didn't realise while booking. Kids can see in bedroom😜

Absolutely loved my stay at Fanari Vista Suites. The hospitality and kindness of Dora and Sonny is unmatched! So helpful! They go out of their way to help you, whilst also respecting your privacy and space. I stayed in the Athina suite and it is a typical Santorini cave style suite. Huge bathroom with unique cave cutout feature shower area. Absolutely huge! Excellent little jacuzzi feature outside overlooking the Caldera and ocean. Plus 20% discount at Fanari restaurant upstairs. Lovely breakfast, really accommodating to my egg-free requests. 5 star stay! Thank you Fanari Vista Suites! :)

It was a little bit noisy in the night because the 2 disko bars, not very far away from the room, but everything else was just a perfect.
