The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the clean rooms to the friendly staff specially Essam. Every interaction with ESsam and the staff was a delight, their professionalism and warmth truly made our stay memorable.

The room shows signs of age... but very clean.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich,wir fühlten uns tatsächlich gleich sehr wohl!Das Hotel gleicht einem Palast und ist mit vielen Details auch visuell sehr ansprechend!Der Blick vom Skyrestaurant ist ein Traum bei Tag und Nacht also unbedingt dort hin zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen Wir wollten eine Woche Spaß und Entspannung,das ging hier perfekt!Die Rutschen für Kids sind der Hammer sehr liebevoll gestaltet und nicht überladen,wer mehr will kann im Nachbarhotel den Aquapark mit nutzen,auch das ist eine Freude 🙏🏻❤️für Jung und Alt 🤣Animation am Abend für die Kids +Minidisco!Kinder waren begeistert! Ich möchte Rashed den Chef der Rezeption erwähnen ein engagierter Mitarbeiter der jederzeit zur Stelle ist,wir haben als Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht und haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten und durften unseren Urlaub somit in einer Suite verbringen mit riesiger Terasse,Whirlpool und Meerblick 😍🙏🏻eine Einladung zum Galadinner gab es außerdem 🥂was will man mehr 🙏🏻Vielen Dank dem tollen Team vom Albatros Palace Resort❤️

Die Cocktails sind leider wirklich unterirdisch 🥴also am besten garnicht erst probieren! Ich möchte trotz Allem gerne erwähnen daß es bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte vor Ort zur Verwechslung der Währung kam,man hatte mir also die Dollarsumme in Euro abgezogen,was ja dann über 100 € zuviel waren!Ich überprüfe alles immer noch vor Ort und es ist mir dann Gott sei Dank noch rechtzeitig aufgefallen 🙏🏻Rashed war auch da mein rettender Engel in der Not und hat alles veranlasst,mir wurde der Betrag zurückgebucht !Also aufpassen 🙏🏻

Ми прилетіли вперше в Єгипет з нашими дітками . І ми були задоволені повністю всім! Нам зробили заселення скоріше по часу , враховуючи те, що з нами дітки і що дітки стомлені після перельоту ! Рецепція цього готелю просто найкраща ! Ми їм за це окремо дякуємо ! Також інші співробітники також просто супер ! Кожен вітається, питають чи все добре і так далі! Атмосфера в готелі просто неймовірна ! Все зроблено для людей і для чудового відпочинку! Їжа , шеф повара та офіціанти також дуже круті, їжа дуже смачна і різноманітна, є також дитяче меню , що великий плюс для готелю ! Прибирання також на вищому рівні , нам дуже сподобалось👍 Завжди були чисті рушники , гарно прибрано і дуже швидко ) ми повертались після сніданку у чистий номер 👍 басейни тепленькі є також , дітки були мега задоволені ! На барах також працюють дуже ввічливий персонал, кава і різні коктейлі супер👌 я непамятаю всіх імен , хто нас обслуговував, але кімната 3105 вам вдячна за все 👍 ви великі молодці ! Продовжуйте в тому ж дусі !

Service, Food, Hygiene, Staff, Pool, Bars; all perfect! When we first got in to the hotel it was around 4 am, the staff was nice enough to offer us a free room so we can rest till morning, then switched the rooms in to the one we booked. We enjoyed every second in Pickalbatros Palace. Even though it was our second time in Egypt, we have never eaten that much of a tasty food in this country. Service was beyond borders, when you are at the restaurant or bar your drink gets filled before you finish. Special thanks to Mr.Mahmoud, Mr.Rashed and all off the Pickalbatros Palace staff for making this trip unforgettable for us. We will look forward to come here again!!

Slow wifi

The hotel is really comfortable and easy to relax in. Good selection of food, the Tagine in particular is a fun experience, and the drinks are easily available. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, helping to create a fun environment.

There are representative from five or six companies (diving; photography; kite surfing; teeth whitening; the spa; a safari comp y) who constantly harass you while at the beach or pool, even though you have said no already. After 6 days of being propositioned around 20 times a day, it is a bit exhausting. It would also be nice to have a non-smoking area.

The food was overall great and the staff was helpful and friendly. The facilities were also good and our daughter had to visit the clinic where the doctor who helped us was excellent (he is not always on call but we were very lucky).

Every evening there was a show in the main square where the majority of the rooms overlook and it was extremely loud and a bit annoying to hear the animation team and the following show ever single night. It would have been better if the shows were being held in a location where you as a guest have the choice to watch and listen rather than being forced to hear it...We got used to it after the 1st week but would have wanted to live without it. In general the music volume at this hotel is loud, the beach included.

Everything! The staff are so friendly and always smiling from the front house team (Anwar) and the restaurant team cafes bars cleaners couldn’t express enough how amazing the team is ! Made our stay extra special! Food everywhere so many different options we loved the 4course Morrocan dinner ! The rooms are so suitable good sized and all you need ! The best part was the heated pool ! Attention to detail was impeccable! Kids club spot on and plenty to entertain my toddler and keep him busy! Location !!! So close to airport ! Shops on site for essentials

Essen langweilig immer das gleiche und war auch nicht besonders gut. Nur Ägyptische Getränke kein Upgrade auch nicht mit Zahlung auf Europäische. Letzter Abend nach aus checken konnten sie nicht mal ein Taxi rufen Hauptsache wir sind weg.

By far the most amazing experience in hurghada for over 10years , I’ve been coming to hurghada for the past 12 years and by far the best experience and hotel to stay , from the warm welcome , the hotel is very clean , amazing attention to details , verity of amazing selection of 6 restaurants with really tasty food selection to chose from , the staff are always smiling and willing to help without being asked ,also they are extremely generous with everything they offer , the management is taking serious approach to maintaining all facilities . An experience to definitely recommend highly

Capodanno 23-24: una delle strutture migliori in zona, 6 ristoranti, diverse piscine e spiaggia (con barriera corallina!) private. Pulizia e cortesia ottime.

Dei 6 ristoranti, i 3 migliori sono alla carta e solo con prenotazione alle 10 a.m., non facile se si fa gite fuori dalla mattina presto. Resort fequentato da tanti tedeschi e russi, no italiani (ma penso sia una caratteristica dell'intera zona).

Zeer mooi en zeer schoon. Schoonmaak van mister M. Hussen was perfect.

Very nice hotel with great kitchen (try Egyptian pie), beautiful buildings and territory (if you look for an authentic hotel — that’s it). A lot of different activities during day — yoga, pétanque, ping-pong, foam party, aqua park in a nearby hotel, volleyball all the day etc etc. Nice evening shows too (there was one with a guy flying above pool on a jet-thing, incredible). And most importantly — very genuine and welcoming staff. Guys on the kitchen are awesome, always friendly and generous. And reception workers are pure gold, especially Mr. Amr AbdAllah. Helped me A LOT with various requests. Great person.

Overall, the experience was great! Minor inconveniences were lack of hot water in bathroom (sometimes) and not really that impressive Sea View category room view. So if you REALLY need to see as much sea as possible form your room, maybe consider another place. Seashore is passable, but water is full of fish, so snorkeling is still an option.
