Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always with a smile on their face, which felt authentic. Beautiful room, very happy. Food across the street was amazing and a good place to work from. Also a really decent massage place 6 minute walk away. All in all, I would definitely come back.

Definitely the best place we have stayed during our 3weeks trip in Indonesia! Like in a little private paradise🤩 Very nice staff and owner. Highly recommended whenever you come to Ubud!

The location is nearby to the Ubud city center. 30minutes travelling time to the main attraction place nearby Ubud area. Easy to find a restaurant, halal food or warung. Value for money. Balinese-Ubud design of the Guesthouse. Friendly staff and very good guide on the day of arriving. Nice place to stay around ubud for just to rest after a long day travel.

A bit old design. The room have television but cant use. No kettle for hot water or other complimentary such as coffee or tea or shower gel, shampoo or toothbrush. need to buy outside or bring by our self.

The area/road outside the hotel was not great if you want to see any nature, but that not the hotels fault. Would like a hairdryer. There is only sun in the pool so you can’t really sunbathe

The staff was basically nonexistant (we saw the Dog like once a day, which was more often than any staff). For the welcoming we nearly walked past the reception bc the staff was playing on their phones and didn't acknowledge us (even once they stopped us they first had to finish their phone games before checking us in), they gave us no information at all about the place or surroundings. When checking out also no one was present, so we kind of just had to leave the key. The room was clean but we we're missing a trashbin. Also the towels were a little dirty. When someone came in to clean the room they put away the small trashbin we intentionally moved from the bathroom to the main room and cleaned the toilet but nothing else, like the dirty sink.

The bed in the room was nice and the pool was ok.

The bathroom was not the cleanest and there wasn't a proper reception/area you could store your luggage. The location was also relatively quite far out from the core Ubud area (fewer food options around and took a decent amount of time scooter over). Overall, I wouldn't stay here again if I had the chance. Wifi was ok (would not rely on it to run a work meeting).

The bed was the most comfortable of my entire stay in Bali.

Pool was not clean enough to swim in. The traffic was very busy right out the front. Very noisy at night also. The room was dark and old. The tiled floor looked clean but felt a bit dusty. The kitchen was poor quality and not usable.

The room was overall pleasant - large and airy and with a terrace. The location suited us because you could quickly get anywhere by scooter.

We didn't like the bathroom and no room cleaning for three days of stay. The last day our bed was made, the room was slightly swept but the bathroom was not cleaned and the garbage was not thrown away.

The room was big and clean. Air conditioning was working perfectly. There is a dog at the premises who is off leash but very friendly. Location is good very close to Warung and minimart.

Shared kitchen. Even though no one was around when we used the kitchen but fridge and everything else in the kitchen was commonly used.

Loved everything about our stay. The Guest House is lovely, the rooms are big and clean and the pool is amazing! They have a small kitchen as well if you want to cook something and we event rented a scooter with them. Thanks to all staff for their great job always with a smile on their faces!

Bramasa is a charming guest house with a lovely compound of big rooms. I stayed in an upstairs room with view onto the pool and really enjoyed my 2 weeks there. The hosts are fabulous and nothing is too much. They have a friendly dog that watches over the guests, as a guardian- really sweet. Location is good in Mas, with a spa and a good choice of chic restaurants and warungs accessible on foot. I would recommend Bramasa in a heartbeat-thank you Bram and family for your welcome!

On Saturday nights in can get loud as nearby Biji world hosts live music nights. It didn't bother me too much though.

The good things about this place are their doggo, the location and the beautiful garden around the pool.

Where to start...😟 We stayed at this accommodation for four days and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with this experience. Upon arrival, a person met us and we paid in cash, as stated, but we did not receive a receipt. This lack of transparency was a bit concerning. There was also an issue with the room we were initially assigned, but fortunately, another room was available. However, both rooms were dirty and we hoped that at least ours would be cleaned by the second or third day. Unfortunately, it was not cleaned at all during our stay. To make matters worse, our towels were not changed at all during our stay, which was extremely disappointing. For a property that charges for accommodation, we would have expected basic amenities such as fresh towels and a clean room. In addition to the issues with the room and lack of basic amenities, I also wanted to add a note about the pool. While we were initially excited to use the pool, we were quickly disappointed to find that the chemical they used was very strong. As a professional swimmer for over 12 years, I have swum in countless pools and have never experienced anything like this. Swimming with your eyes open in this pool was almost unbearable as they would hurt a lot. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to this issue and found it to be quite disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone as the lack of cleanliness, transparency, and basic amenities was unacceptable. It was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay.

Lovely clean guesthouse with nice pool. The location was perfect and the staff were kind and helpful. We would stay again! Also, their dog is very cute.
