Very comfy seating area aswell as the beds with TV and dvds. Great position on the site to walk to the Show bar...Nice site 7 mins drive from Skeggy. Very quiet. Contacted the owner for late check out who was very accomadating for my elderly Mum..very kind. Tea bags/ coffee cleaning products ..nice touch. Lovely stay!.

If being really picky...maybe a fold up patio table and chairs to take to sit outside would be nice as no veranda.( cheap set be ideal) As it has a nice green to sit out on...just need to keep on top of those weeds. No lamps in bedroom for reading.

Caravan was lovely. Had everything you needed. Has 3 bedrooms. One double bed and 4 singles. Has a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also another separate toilet next door so that was an added bonus. Location was good, not far away from main town of Skegness. It is walkable if you like a good walk or it's a 5 to 8 minute car journey.

The caravan overall was mostly clean. Only a few bits we noticed like the carpet needed a better hoover round. There was no hot water when we got there, but when we messaged Chloe about it she sent someone to fix it promptly. We only stayed one night so we managed without it anyway. So not really negatives.

Location was good for the seafront, only 10 minutes by car. Table nicely laid. We'll stocked cupboards for kitchen utensils, tea, coffee and sugar.

Cleanliness in the bathrooms could have been better.

it was an old van but it was okay . could have done a deep clean but was okay for what we paid . the outside of the van area is a bit shabby and needs a tidy up - litter etc. the chairs of the table/chairs had wobbly legs so unable to use.

It was clean and near enough the same as the pictures. They did message back quite quickly.it was quite before 10pm.was ok for one night pitty it was noisy on the outside.

The bed was uncomfortable thats just my opinion and the shower was broken had to hold it while washing. There was a few things that needing fixing. people walking past all night I couldn't get to sleep till 1ish then got woken up at 5am someone talking outside I thought there was quite hours for a reason.then had to be out for 10am i think it was alot of money of money for one night £81 I should have cancelled really but would have lost the money.

the heating never worked the night time was very cold and from that I’m not poorly and off work other than that the stay was good

Getting in contact with the owner was really simple and received a reply straight away, I was given a later checkout subject to availability as we checked in quite late, has two toilets which is good when going with a large number of people

The location as the caravan was hidden, the bathroom was very clean however the bedrooms weren’t as clean as i woke up with a rash all over my legs, also the neighbour caravans we’re extremely rude and punched the caravan several times during the late evening instead of approaching us directly with any issues

Great stay. Caravan clean and spacious. Table set out nicely on arrival. Price reasonable for summer holidays. Kids loved it.

Settee had some broken boards and carpet stained. Lots of tab ends on grass outside so couldn't let 11month old play out with older two (under supervision of course).

quiet area, perfect for a short stay and break, overall positive experience

I cannot fault anything everything was amazing the kids had an amazing time and it was our first family holiday! We have discussed it and would love to come back but stay for longer as we felt we rushed to fit stuff in.

Prices of stuff was a bit high, £2.00 for loaf of bread 🤣 but it is definitly not something that affected our holiday!

Didn’t like anything about the caravan was dirty wouldn’t stay again, got refunded but not full refund disgusting.

Everything the whole stay was horrible. Not worth the money!
