Location is bad Room seems dark. Bathroom has steps

All of the things there. First of all. I received a call from the hotel. The receptionist told me they have an electrical issue at the hotel. Then she transferred me at another hotel and ask me to make a payment first. When i reach there. Their staff just being normal and gimme the key. Then i go to the room and i was very unsatisfied with the room. The smell is to bad. Im not a smoking person and they give me a terrible place to rest. I paid for an expensive room and get like a store room. And there is no soundproof. I can listen someone cough from another room so loud. And beside the hotel got a place i read the shop name. " pusat latihan nyanyian". You know what. I checked in at 5pm and checked out at 9pm because i cannot sleep well cause of the other building some furking oldman singing like hell. And the A/C not function well too. It was just like a nightmare for me. But when i pass by the hotel that i booked earlier. I look there's nothing happened there and it open and running their business as usual. So i just acting likem they lied to me. Nevermind. I'll never come again to that haunted HOSTEL. DISLIKE !
