Well maintained property located at the foothills. Rooms were neat and clean. Aun - the property manager, is really helpful and responsive. The owners are really delightful people - asking us if everything is fine. Breakfast served was delicious (best sagu I ever had). There are some birds around the property if you enjoy birding.

We liked everything about the property. Tucked away from the main road, the serenity, quiet, natural surroundings, the maintenance, the staff esp Arun , overall perfect to relax. We would love to visit again.

The only thing which would have made the break exceptional is availability of lunch & dinner within the property. It would mean not going in search of restaurants for food. Even some simple food is a welcome advantage. Just a suggestion to the management make our stay totally relaxed.

It’s the best experience we ever had with holiday rentals. Both place and hosts are amazing. Yamuna, her parents, and Arun are very friendly and helpful. I confirm all the positive reviews from other tourists. We came to Mysore during the Dasara festival. The city was overcrowded. But it looks like we were the only foreign guests in the whole city. Gitanjali place was very calm and relaxing, beautifully designed, with a lot of trees and flowers. Yamuna and Arun helped us to book taxis for most of our daily trips, and gave us advice on where to eat and what to see. For us as foreigners, it was very valuable.

I stayed here for 3 days with family. This is located in the outskirts of the city away from all the pollution/sounds etc... My kid and spouse liked the atmosphere. There is a lot of greenery which really soothes your soul. Room size is decent. The caretaker Arun was very friendly and helpful.

1. We did not have a vehicle so we had to rely on uber/ola/auto. This caused issues for us since many of them were demanding outrageous sums or rejecting accepted rides too frequently given the location. 2. The breakfast has very limited selection one indian tiffin + bread/jam & omlettes. For the price point, this is very disappointing. 3. Coffee/tea were mostly lukewarm and room service prices are high. Own vehicle is a must if you want to tour the city from here.

Located very close to everything in the city but far off from all the hustle bustle. Had a very good time there.
