Size of the bedrooms and cleanliness Owner was reachable over phone and able to activate the channel packs that we requested Location and plenty of place outside property for parking. Parking space available for three cars inside property.

Kitchen does not look clean compared to bedrooms, very few utensils. Can't even make a coffee as there is no utensils. All we had was a water kettle and a cooker with few plates. The coffee cups had stains and was not comfortable using them. Broken TV in one of the bedrooms.

Nice residential location. Comfortable & private. Overall very nice

Shops are approx 1 km away. Should plan well if you dont have vehicle with you. Extra towels etc can be provided. May be slightly expensive.

The property is well-situated and well-connected. Some of my key expectations was to find a property in a quite place and comfortable and it dd meet my expectations. Peacefully slept.

Wi-Fi was a bit challenging though. Lived without Wifi for both the days.

The host was friendly and was a good experience

Value for money. Items like gas cylinders were arranged as requested. The morning view from the balcony (even though small) was good. The owner arranged for dinner when we arrived late.

Located outside the city. Though closer to the main road, entry roads are not so good, especially after rains. No nearby joint to go and have food.

Room was clean and good location. Also had required utilities for a family.

The road connecting to property was very bad and fan was making too much of noise.

Spacious rooms in the flat. Very good WiFi connectivity.

Dirty sheets, dirty floors, dirty kitchen with bare minimum vessels. After some confrontation, they put 'clean' sheets but it was still sticky. I gave up in the end and waited for for my stay to get over. As soon as you enter the property, the ask to pay in cash without any receipt. It took several reminders to get the invoice. All in all it was not that great experience but okay-ish apartment to stay.
