East Residences is in a very good, calm and safe neighborhood, there are many public facilities, restaurants and cafes nearby. City Plaza Mall 10 minutes on foot, MRT stop 3 minutes. The building is a 30-story skyscraper with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The room was very clean and well equipped, just like in the pictures. We loved staying here, it was like being a local resident instead of a tourist.

Shampoo Bar No complimentary water If you are considered to do overnight selling as a hotel. The residence should provide a service exact the same as hotel service.

Location was good and the room was spacious. Had everything in the kitchenette and bathroom.

no view, pretty much facing the commercial buildings close by

the room smelled weird, like the stink from drains and probably the rooms was not opened for customer for quite some times. I opened the air purifer for my whole 2-night stay but the smell stayed. A very unpleasant experience.
