Location is good.

Room “king size” is claustrophobic, so small, there is no place to pass for two people simultaneously. Bad king size is not king size at all, just regular queen size. Stuff was arrogant and not kind to guests.

I’ve been absolutely ripped off and overcharged by £500 which I’m told will reverse at some unknown point. So if you want to enjoy a stay in New York and then constantly have additional money taken out of your account (it just seems to keep coming out) then this is a top place to stay

Great location if you are looking to be in the hustle and bustle of the city with just a very short walk to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. The check in and out process was really swift, excellent customer service from the staff; they handed out these warm walnut and chocolate cookies which were delicious and an unexpected treat. The beds were comfy and the rooms very clean.

It is hard to find something to fault as it was a really great hotel. The only thing to mention is that the elevators were very slow and in the morning you had to wait for over 5 minutes for one to arrive which was a little annoying as we were quite high up the building.

c'est la 2em fois que je viens ici. l'emplacement est excellent pour les visites. tout est proche. time square, empire state building, central park etc.

le menage laisse à désirer. il y avait des poussières partout sur les meubles à notre check in. et le ménage n'était pas tous les jours.

La camera era piccolissima, quasi inutilizzabile. C'erano due letti matrimoniali e poco piu', nemmeno lo spazio per aprire la valigia e un armadio minuscolo. Quindi abbiamo dovuto aprire e chiudere la valigia tutti i giorni perche' con la valigia aperta non si poteva andare in bagno per quanto era piccola la stanza, decisamente scomodo.

They over charme for about 300$ and im not talking about the securoty deposite, the room is way smaller than the pictures, poor rooftop with barely 4 tables and same size as one room

It was very clean and well-organized. Although the room was too small for four people, it was sufficient for a two-day stay.

The staff were wonderfully polite and helpful, the rooms were fabulous, lots of space, super comfy bed, spacious shower, complimentary quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion and everywhere was spotlessly clean 😊

Perfect for the solo business traveller. Neat, comfortable, good bathrooms and nice views if you have the rooms with the view. The staff were always so attentive and helpful! I would definitely stay here again

The internet connection to the TV was very slow and never gave a proper viewing experience. I never went to NYC to watch TV, so it never bothered me enough to complain, but would have been great if it was seamless to watch the news

eravamo in tre. la stanza - escluso il piccolo ingresso e il bagno - era grande 2,9 metri per 4,2 metri, cioè 12 metri quadrati, con due letti da 130 cm di larghezza per 185 cm di lunghezza. i letti erano ad una piazza e mezza e non matrimoniali come mi era stato assicurato. nella stanza non c’era alcun arredamento a parte i letti, tranne un micro armadio di 60 cm di larghezza. niente tavolino o sedie. Le signore delle pulizie (gentili) passavano tutti i giorni, ma non cambiavano i teli da bagno, che dovevo sollecitare in reception. la porta del bagno scorrevole era larga esattamente quanto la luce della entrata del bagno e il meccanismo era difettoso, per cui non si chiudeva bene il bagno. conosco bene New York e i suoi alberghi. trovo però veramente sotto standard offrire un prodotto del genere a 340 dollari a notte.

The location was excellent. The rooftop bar has a view of the Empire State Building. The room was small but comfortable. No complimentary bottled water is provided in the room. Toiletries are (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion) provided.

No information was provided at check-in about complimentary evening snacks or drink (found out much later, and it was too late to benefit from as I stayed for one night only).. No welcome cookie provided as mentioned by other guests. Check-in was cold. As a first-time guest at the hotel, I didn't feel welcomed by reception staff. Their hospitality skills could do with improvement.

The size is ridiculous small, so small if you had two people with two large suitcases you cannot fit them in. The roof top bar, was told it closed at 11, went to order a drink at 10:25 and was told it was too late! 🤷‍♀️

The location and staff were good.

The room was absolutely tiny. It was the size of the bed with a small amount of walking room surrounding. I was shocked. That made the stay very uncomfortable. For $400 per night I would not recommend

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, novo e muito limpo, acomodação confortável e atendimento impecável tanto na recepção quanto na manutenção do quarto. De quebra ainda possui um rooftop que é marca registrada da cidade de Nova York.

Acredito que pelo valor da acomodação o café da manhã deveria fazer parte do pacote e não pago à parte, aqui no Brasil é nosso costume receber o café da manhã como cortesia de hospedagem. Também poderia ter um local para acesso ao transfer, porque tanto na chegada quanto na saída tivemos que pegar o carro no meio do caos que é o trânsito de NY.

The hotel is located on the middle of most of the activities. Really close to Penn Station, it never took more than 4 stops to get were we needed to go. Many places around to eat. If you staying at this hotel you must go and try best bagels, 5 minutes away and don’t be scared of the queue it moves really quickly. Resection team was amazing and really helpful!

Cleaning was inconsistent. Some days there was no cleaning at all and floors are definitely not hoovered daily. We had a struggle with the quilt cover, first time see to flat sheets covering the quilt in stead of proper cover 😄

Comfortable bed and excellent location close to Penn Station, Empire State Building, MSG and Times Square. The staff were lovely to deal with and they gave us a delicious cookie on arrival!

The room was quite small (18sqm) but that’s all documented in the booking, I just didn’t realise how small it was.
