Son emplacement parfait pour visiter NYC. Le calme côté cour. Très propre.

Pas de frigo. Pas de balayette dans les toilettes. Pas assez de rangements. Déco à améliorer. La TV ne fonctionnait pas toujours. Personnel et clients de l’hôtel bruyants le matin.

Laut obwohl die eigene Klimaanlage aus war. Für das tolle Radio Fehlt die Fernbedienung, die Batterie für den Tresor war leer und der Rollo ist beim Bedienen runter gebrochen.

Everything was as expected. Great location just off 5th Ave. The staff was very friendly and gave us some recommendations. The room was very big, and because of the lay-out (designed as 2 separate ´´rooms´´, one with the bed and one with a pull-.out bed) it is perfect for 3 people to share. this worked out very well and actually between 3 people the price-value ratio was very good. We were also very satisfied with the daily cleaning of the rooms, and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with the gym, it is very well equipped (even a Peloton bike) and there are towels and water.

Overall the hotel is just a bit outdated.

The elevator was very small & one person in our group was a bit claustrophobic. One member of the staff was difficult but everyone else was great.

Tout Les chambres sont très sale, le salon est comme la chambre très sale également, les salles de bains ressemble au salle de bain de prison, les radiateurs ne fonctionnais pas ou alors très mal.

The location was great, it’s not noisy at all but still close to everything. The staff is polite and kind.

The rooms/alleys are very old and smelly. The sheets, towels had stains. The heating/cooling system was very old and hard to set because it’s with plastic needles and faded painting. The bathroom has no aeration so it gets extremely humid for a while after a shower and there’s mold on the ceiling.

One. Lock over from Moma and a 5 minute walk to Central Park and Apple’s 5th avenue flagship store. The location was great and the building itself was clean and tidy with no useless frills.

Nothing stands out as a negative. It was exactly what was promised and delivered.

It was in a perfect location,staff were very helpful and bed was extremely comfortable.

It was very dated,walls were marked,bedding was a bit discoloured,mirrors in bathroom chipped etc etc

We had such an amazing week in Shoreham Hotel, tasty hot chocolate (from Starbucks partner) almost every mornings, thank you for being so kind and welcoming. In the last day we left our baggages for free (we felt thankful so we gave a 20$ tip). I will book another week with you the next time I go to NYC. I hope to feel the warmth of your hospitality again. Thank you!

I have back issues and the mattresses on the beds could be more comfortable (due to their low firmness) but the tiredness of the day allowed us to rest very well and peacefully in silence.

Very efficient room-small but had everything you’d need.

Front Desk Staff was very unfriendly. Not a smile or an acknowledgement for almost the entire week.

L'Hotel è in una posizione eccezionale , a pochi passi dalla 5th Av , 10 minuti da Times Square e Rockfeller Center.

La camera era piuttosto piccola ( c'era un solo comodino ) e scarsamente manutenuta : le prese di corrente erano mal fissate alla loro sede e si muovevano, il rubinetto del lavandino perdeva e spandeva acqua sul pavimento e aveva molto gioco a vuoto come anche quello della vasca . Non c'è la cabina doccia e si doveva fare la doccia nella vasca ( in un 4 stelle impensabile ) . Il bagno era concepito molto male con la tazza del wc attaccata praticamente al lavello e non c'era possibilità di chiudere la porta ( porta che chiudeva anche male con problematica di cattivi odori nella stanza anche perchè l'estrattore non funzionava o funzionava male ) . Il riscaldamento , ad aria, quando partiva era molto rumoroso e di notte rendeva difficile dormire, alcuni addetti alla reception erano poco disponibili e non facevano alcuno sforzo per cercare di rendere più comprensibili le comunicazioni. In sostanza un 4 stelle assolutamente non a questo livello. Certo la posizione è ottima .

Posizione comoda, personale gentile, camera prenotata ampia e spaziosa e abbastanza pulita. Prezzi convenienti per essere a Manhattan.

We arrived on Wednesday afternoon We had three rooms booked for a special family Thanksgiving. 1 room for me and my granddaughter, 710 1 room for my son and 1 room for my son and his wife and two young sons 810. That first night, when turning in, it was discovered that the bath water ran BROWN! After letting it run in hopes it would clear, they called the front desk to ask for help. The engineer said he could do nothing about it, and other rooms also had this problem. My room was okay, and my other son’s room was ok, but when I asked to move my son, his wife, and 2 kids to another room, they were told that wasn’t possible. The front desk said they could do nothing because the manager was not on duty, and we would have to take it up with her in the morning. And the engineer will work on it all night because the whole wing is like that. So, the family went to bed without baths. The following day, I talked with Anna, the manager, and was told no report had been made from the night clerk or engineer, but she would give me credit for the room for the night and move my family to a different room. 609 on the other side of the building. I assumed the credit would be for the one-room one-night stay. But when checking out I discovered the credit was only $50.00. The irony is that when I called the booking.com number to report the problem, I was charged a 54.00 fee for an out-of-the-country call:(. So the credit I received wasn’t even enough to cover the call. This was a rare family holiday for us, and this was a big disappointment after a full day of travel. I want to receive the full credit for the one room for the first night. That is only fair for the inconvenience and terrible Brown water problem.

We expected dbl beds not sofa bed and there was no free coffee for the price I was disappointed so I won't be recommending or staying there again.
