Place was great, cosy, with a nice smell, functional TV, good bathroom (without dead bugs as I've encountered in a few other establishments), it is super close to the beach and public transport, the host was super responsive and kind
A bit loud (specially the room next to the entrance) as you can hear people coming in / going out, slamming the gate (sometimes at 2-3AM!), etc. It is more a problem of loud guests than the establishment itself yet maybe a bit more sound insulation would help in that specific room. Oh and there was a person with a (REALLY) loud motorbike leaving every day at night making a racket for a minute.

WiFi was great. A full kitchen, albeit small. Host made it easy to check in. The place was very clean.
Very small, amazing they got a kitchen, a table and king size bed into it. On first floor with windows directly onto the street, so had to leave the curtains closed all the time. There was no balcony or patio. It looked NOTHING like the pictures. The outdoor area was in disrepair, and not even a chair with a back. If they have an apartment like the pictures, it was NOT the one they put me in.

Die Küche war ausgestattet mit Besteck Teller Töpfen Pfannen Mikrowelle Herd. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen. Schöner Pool. Maria antwortet sehr schnell. Check in flexibel mit Schlüssel Safe. Es gibt Netflix am Fernseher.
Das Tor ging mit dem Schlüssel nicht auf - ABER es wurde sofort ein Tag später repariert.

Que justo frente a nuestro apartamento había personas que creo permanecen en el edificio fumando marihuana y el olor era muy fuerte

The room was nice, fully equipted, the bus stop is super near, the AC worked great, they have a nice pool.

Apartment right on street. Lots of noise from street as well as people using the pool.

Great room and facilities, good location close enough to the main area but still quiet, nice pool and outdoor chill area

Property is an apartment type.
Nothing bad I can say about the property, but the host's employee by mistake gave us wrong room. We were informed about it in the evening hours later after we checked in. We were leaving for dinner when they caught us and asked to go to a different room. We had to pack all our belongings again and move immediately as other guests were arriving. The guy who made a mistake was extremely rude didn't try to explain anything and didn't even apologize. Basically get the hell out of here situation. Then a woman came, his boss or mother, I have no idea. She was nicer. We spoke Spanish, they(hosts) didn't speak English. Basically non-spanish speakers wouldn't even understand what was happening.
