Wonderful accommodations, cozy and clean.

Great location, all appliances worked well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pull out couch was very helpful.

The room was a bit loud, you can hear the other tenants in their rooms if they are being loud. The room is very small, and a bit expensive, almost the same as hotel price. But overall was very good.

next time we would want the top floor!! Footsteps above us was quite clear especially at night!

Fantastic location, very clean room and useful supplies in kitchen (with an excellent espresso machine).

When I arrived, my code to enter the room didn't work. I called and the person told me I had not provided my identification, which was not accurate. They were able to correct the mistake. The blind fell down while I was there and I had to hang a sheet over the window because it was at street level. The faucet in the bathroom sink leaked.

It was easy to check in and out, only 10 mins from the metro and had the amenities I needed. A reasonable price considering I booked at short notice and stayed over Easter weekend.

The blinds were broken and fell off the wall during my stay. The bed had hairs in it so could have been cleaner. The tap in the bathroom was leaky. I would have preferred more storage as there were no drawers in the room. Little Italy is nice but next time I would stay closer to Downtown or Old Montreal - it felt a little far out.

Location

Small but in the end it worked. I have a torn ligament and asked if someone would be available to help me carry my suitcases up. I had been in France for two months and had two heavy suitcases. No one was available. 🙃
