We arrived at the property and it was not clean, there was hair in the shower and on the towels provided, the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke and no second set of keys was left inside the apartment as we had been advised. We managed to stay two nights and on the second night of the booking I had an asmtha attack which I have not had in years, on inspection we found a very thick layer of dust behind the bed and also black mould over the door to the balcony. We left first thing in the morning as we felt it would be unsafe to stay for a further two nights of our booking. On contacting the host we have been refused a refund and told we should have contacted them earlier as they could have sent the cleaners back as "they may have missed dusting a few areas" - this was also after calling two of the numbers provided and having a random person tell me we had the wrong phone number even though they are supplied on the email we got sent??! I will never be staying in any other accomodation booked through Booking.com and don't feel anyone else should if they don't want to put their health at risk.

Location OK for our needs. Parking OK, undercover but not suitable for larger vehicle due to access/egress. However, many negative issues with the property - see below.

Grotty entrance carpet, greasy oven/saucepans, only 1 kitchen chair (had to buy another chair & table), excessive pillows/cushions on bed, no soap dish in shower, poor towel rack plus a number of other issues.

Convenient location, safe and secure. This property was exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Suited us perfectly.
